The service, attitude and manners of the staff is extremely poor. Specially of people receiving at reception. I was excited for my trip to jaipur for new years (2022). We entered 10 of us (all family members). They gave us rooms which were decent looking, but with no water bottle or kettle. To set up an extra bed, there was so much of a hustle that my old parents and aunt had to wait till I resolved the issue at midnight. Then again when we reached home they denied to serve any cutlery, something as basic as glasses. My mom had to take medicines and they denied that they cant serve cutlery in the room. We had chips in our luggage from the way that we were getting in, that was also denied.

I respect that they want to serve best but again, they are being ruthless and mean for basic things, coz not everybody is here to party and...

Really disappointed by the hospitality and behaviour of staff. Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know what's so special about their hotel that they are so arrogant. In room their phone was also not working. And from washroom also water was coming to the bedroom. We told them to do something about this but they just gave us one towel to keep outside washroom. At the time of check in they told us not to bring food from outside. That's fine every hotel has their rules but then at least give customers some tasty food . If you don't know how to cook delicious food then tell customer that we don't know how to make delicious food and that's the way to kitchen and make yourself.
