My recent stay at Mahadev Villa was nothing short of disappointing, marred by lackluster service and cleanliness concerns that overshadowed any potential positives. Despite initial anticipation, my experience quickly soured upon arrival.

Upon entering the villa, it became apparent that cleanliness was not a priority. Dust accumulated on surfaces, and the floors appeared neglected, giving the impression that thorough cleaning had been overlooked. The bathroom facilities also fell short of expectations, with signs of grime and unclean fixtures further diminishing the overall appeal of the accommodation.

Regrettably, the service at Mahadev Villa failed to redeem the lackluster cleanliness standards. Staff members appeared disinterested and unresponsive to guest needs, leaving a palpable sense of neglect. Requests for assistance or additional amenities were met with delayed responses or outright dismissal, indicating a lack of professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction.

Furthermore, the common areas of the villa also suffered from cleanliness deficiencies. Shared spaces such as the dining area and lounge exhibited signs of neglect, with unclean tables and unkempt surroundings. It was evident that maintenance and cleanliness were not priorities for the management, resulting in a disappointing environment for guests.

Overall, my stay at Mahadev Villa was far from satisfactory. The combination of poor service and cleanliness issues significantly detracted from the overall experience, leaving me with a sense of regret and disillusionment. I would caution prospective guests to carefully consider their options before booking at this establishment, as the lack of attention to detail and guest comfort is evident throughout.

DO NOT book this hotel. Absolutely awful stay. If I could give 0 stars I would. All other reviews are fake, the images posted of the property don’t show the realistic hotel. When we first arrived into the room the we found the bed sheets dirty, the floors were dirty, the bathroom had bugs crawling all over the floors and walls. We asked the hotel to change the bed sheets and sort bathroom as well as provide the extra bed we had requested and paid for. It took over 2 hours for the bed sheets to be changed and bathroom was never sorted. The extra bed was brought, this was nothing more than a yoga matt and again dirty sheets, pillow and blanket, with bugs crawling on them. We asked them were the proper bed was and could they give that to us the manager of the hotel told us we were causing them too much stress so they wouldn’t do any more for us and if we weren’t happy to leave and change our hotel. He was incredibly rude but by this time we couldn’t change the hotel till the next day so we had no choice but to stay. BIG MISTAKE! After the sheets had been changed on the main bed earlier, we still found bed bugs crawling around the sheets in the middle of the night as well as plenty other bugs around the room. Because of this one of us ended up having to seek medical attention the next day and has been poorly since almost 5 days later. The rooms are terrible and the staff are rude and unprofessional, including the manager. The staff are constantly lingering outside the hotel door where women are staying. This is not a safe hotel, especially for women or anyone travelling, don’t fall for the fake reviews...
