Here some thing need to know before you book this particular property..before book please go through pros and cons of this property at least.. this hotel management is too much running shortage of funds.. the staffs are pretend to serve you best but at the end you will definitely find huge unsatisfaction.. PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY BY SEEING THE PHOTOS PLEASE CHECK REVIEWS ALSO..
I am staying in this property for 4 nights, i never had this type of experience. What i notice that is this property may going through huge financial losses, there are insufficient manpower. Probably the management is not ready to invest in this property. Because the infrastructure of the property is not maintained.. small to smallest things are in very worst condition from room key ring, to serving plates, the rooms, fridge every thing please go through uploaded photos once. Deluxe 3X Rooms are very small if you are looking for spacious room please go for Deluxe 4X, probably staffs are also know that this property will closed soon so that they are so casual about the guest problems. If you are requesting for something they did not bother about it as if all staffs are in notice period only🤣🤣. I ordered maggi as breakfast. They took 1 hour.. lastly i canceled the order and the answer was too shocking like they were waiting for us to cancel the order for past one hour.. when i told them to cancel the order the answer was like " dono hi cancel kar du na".
Pros of the property Only the location of the property is good you have so many things to do nearby, the market, the bus station, railway station... BAR in the hotel only pros if you want to drink at high cost 🤣🤣
Cons of the property
Poor maintenance of the infrastructure like they are running short of funds, even key ring of the room also in damaged condition, serving food plates are also in worst condition. Room ka bat na hi karu toh behtar hoga.
Deluxe 3X rooms are less than 100 sqfeet.
Bed sheets are not maintained.
May be this property management dont know about 'housekeeping' 🤣🤣.. worst condition housekeeping
I strongly suggest if you get this property deluxe 3X at 600-650 INR per day. Then it will be value for money.. dont book this hotel more than 800 INR per day for deluxe 3X... this hotel management is too much running...
Read moreI am using this hotel for my stay for almost one year. I am genuinely writing this review after having an experience of One year and not just of one stay, The Hotel is located to the best location, Front desk is humble and Polite, The Bathroom fitting are as usual like other budget hotels due to the bad water from underground and even my house in jaipur has the same problem so I cannot make a complaint for this, I am observing review for this hotel since last one year and for the bad reviews which this hotel received from Customers are negligible becoz in the budget hotel they stand on first and the people want bigger bathroom , centralized AC , bathtub, then they should check only in 4 to 5 star hotels. The people in india want to spend just 1k to 2k for a night in hotel then came on social media for their review becoz it’s free and I am sure when the review are paid no matter good or bad then these bad review kind of people not say anything abt this hotel. No matter a single, couple or family when they visit jaipur then they came for some purpose not for staying 24x7 in hotel room. The Hotel has In house kitchen with good tasty food, the room service boy are having almost smiling face, the front desk managers are well behaved and supportive, Having centralize AC was an good idea for owner but then the customers want almond in the price of peanut then I think it’s really not good to blame hotel, staff or the owner becoz here the electricity bills are killing, for yeh people who complains about then they should see the certification as it’s well maintained, and serviced regularly by professional. Getting Stuck in lift is not new as I have a flat in Ahmedabad which got 1.7 crore but still I got stuck in that lift 😂😂😂 but it’s my flat so I can’t give review on google. In short a tourist or family visit jaipur then choose this one and they are good enough to listen you and available for guest 24x7 which is the most important requirement...
Read moreNeaver ever try this Hotel Once nestled on a serene stretch of coastline, the Blue Heaven Hotel promised a luxurious getaway with breathtaking ocean views. But behind its glamorous façade, guests often encountered an experience far from the paradise they envisioned.
From the moment they arrived, visitors faced problems. The check-in process was exasperatingly slow, with the front desk staff perpetually preoccupied with their phones or engrossed in personal conversations. When guests managed to get their attention, they were met with curt responses and a palpable sense of disinterest.
Room conditions were equally disappointing. The supposed ocean-view suites had windows so grimy that the promised vistas were barely visible. Housekeeping was erratic at best. Many guests returned to find their rooms untouched or inadequately cleaned. Complaints about stained linens or malfunctioning air conditioning were often met with indifference or excuses rather than prompt resolutions.
The hotel's restaurant was another source of frustration. The menu, though extensive, often featured items that were unavailable or served far below the expected quality. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, resulting in long waits and frequent errors in orders. When diners voiced their concerns, they were met with defensive attitudes rather than apologies.
Perhaps the most disheartening aspect of the Blue Heaven Hotel was the lack of management oversight. When issues were reported, the managerial response was often dismissive or absent. This lack of accountability created an environment where poor service flourished unchecked, and guest satisfaction became an afterthought.
Despite the beautiful location, the consistently subpar service and apathetic staff left a lasting impression. The Blue Heaven Hotel, once a beacon of potential, became a cautionary tale of how crucial attentive and considerate service is to the...
