The Bayan Elegance — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

My family had a terrible exp. at this hotel. I had a confirmed booking for two rooms. I called them before reaching there to make sure that they got the booking. They confirmed that the rooms are booked. When I reach there around midnight they said that they dont have rooms. It seemed like they gave those rooms to someone else. The manager of this Hotel (Mr. Khan) was talking like a rowdy and was very disrespectful. We asked the Mangaer that how could you do this? What are we gonna do in the middle of the night? Rooms were very dirty. The first room that I got was not clean at all, dirty bedsheet, wet tables, and the bathroom was not suitable to use. So I had to switch to another room. That room too was dirty. There was hair on the bed and the other furnitures were dusty and wet as well. The room even smelled bad. I had to use my personal bedsheet to sleep on. Worst experience ever. Paid ₹2300 for this shit through MMT. (@MMT THIS IS YOUR MISTAKE to onboard this shit hotel at your platform) .Dirty room, holes in bedsheet, filthy pillow. AC at reception not working. Had to wait 45 mins for a so-called clean room.

For breakfast they said 9-10:30, I went down at 9:30 — then they said restaurant closed. Only 2 items is available, wo bhi thele (cart) ka.
