Mezo Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

So i visited this place with my friends to celebrate one of my friend's birthday.... I would really like to give my review...

1. Let's talk about the Mocktails: We have tried all the mocktails which was listed in the Menu and i must appreciate that it was very good
2. Food: We ordered Fries, Hummus platter and Raviolis Fries was OK, Raviolis was very good but let me tell you that Hummus supposed to be made up from Chickpeas but in that Hummus we could only taste Mayonnaise, it was not at all authentic Hummus. When we go to some fancy place and you r paying a good price for the dish, we always expect quality, which was not up to the Mark
3. Dessert: i don't even want to start, it was not bad, it was horrible, first we ordered Tiramisu pull over but it was not at all pull over it was served like a mousse....and if we talk about the taste it was horrific....there was no finger cookies in Tiramisu.....and it was not at all edible, it was bitter, Tiramisu supposed to be very creamy but it was very dry......
4. Behaviour: Staff behaviour is fine but when we complained about the Tiramisu they said " ye ase hi banta h change nahi ho sakta or na hi cancel ho sakta h ye humara signature dish h " we asked them 2-3 times but they said the same thing then we called the manager she was also reluctant at the first but after a little discussion she changed the dessert with Double chocolate cake and it was as bad as Tiramisu.....it was very Salty.... and they took ages to serve the desserts ( the whole restaurant was empty only we were there) then they took that much of time..... I wonder what they will do when it will be housefull. Worth the Money: Not at all..... If the owner is reading this, please look...

Disappointed by the Experience — Wouldn’t Return

As someone working in hospitality, I understand the importance of guest-centric service and menu flexibility. Unfortunately, Mezo fell short on both. Rigid Menu Policy: We requested a simple customization — combining veg and non-veg items on a single platter and charging accordingly. The staff outright refused. In India, where diverse dietary preferences are common, this lack of flexibility was surprising and disappointing. In my own F&B experience, we always strive to accommodate such requests. Why couldn’t Mezo?

Cocktails Lacked Flavor: The drinks were a letdown — watery, bland, and served with ice but no character. It felt like a missed opportunity to impress.

Because of these issues, we skipped the main course altogether. I left feeling let down and frankly, betrayed by the experience.

That said, the restaurant does offer ample parking and was quiet on a weekday, which made for a peaceful setting. But ambiance alone doesn’t make up for poor service and...

We happened to celebrate Mom’s Bday there, we wanted a place to chat & enjoy. It was overall a good experience for us.

Valet Parking is available The ambience is really nice.

We Ordered - Basil Cheese Cigar Roll - if you like cheese. It was 4/5 Meal of Stuffed Kulcha with Dal Makhni - Sufficient for 2 - 3 stuffed kulchas & it was tasty. 4/5 We took Spiced Velvet Cookie - if you like sweet (like honey) and it had a huge ball of ice, covering 70% of the cup. 3/5 Manchow Soup - It was spicy & good 5/5. Vegetable Galouti - Very Pale (it was super soft, good for kids & elders), didn’t like it much because it lacked flavours. 2/5 Chilli Garlic Noodles - Decent, little spicy, aromatic 4/5.

Dissatisfaction- We were dissatisfied by the drinks- We ordered Scotch of 180 mL & mentioned him to pour equally, the proportions were absolutely incorrect.
