If you have a good experience of hotels and want a decent accommodation in Vaishnk Devi, then this is not a place. Sharing my experience, which I would say was a bitter experience. When I entered the hotel premises with my family which also included my grandmother and grandfather, we arrived at 6 a.m. and as usual the check-in time was 11 a.m. we requested the person on the reception that if any out of our 3 room bookings is vacant then please give us the accommodation as we need to freshen up, but particularly that person on the reception was so rude to even reply and when he did it were harsh words "aap ulajhne ki koshish mt karo". He denied a room on our face. This doesn't ends here, in front of us when another family came he gave them exactly three rooms at that same time, when I enquired about it he said that "ye Hamare MD Saheb K recommendation Se Aaye Hain Unhe Dena Hi Padega" so if you want a room in their Hotel you have to be from the Recommendation of the MD, after all this drama when we agreed to pay a little more as he wanted and he himself asked for it, we paid 800 rupees for barely 3 hours so we can freshen up. In evening after we came they have allotted us the room on secondd floor, knowing the fact that their are seniot citizens with us, my grand mother can barely walk, she had to take stairs till 2 floor and their rooms were in worse condition with the stinking smell and faulty taps in the washroom. Despite when we complaint on reception that the jet spray in the washroom is faulty the guy came and never returned as if he went to space to get that jet spray and didn't even reply Last incident, When we were checking out, they shamelessly came to us that we have checked you out and kindly give us 5 star on oyo app so my father kindly suggested them that they're washrooms are a bit suffocating and you should also provide a ventilation over there which they didn't took in positive manner and said "bhalai Ka Zamana nahi hai"

But because it was just 2 hectic nights, we did not Iook for other options.by the way managed by OYO, which we will never ever book again.||||Inside room amenities was not prepared for check in. My husband called 6 hours before check in and we arrived after midnight. The whole family was very tired and had to wait when we will be provided with towels and other basics. ||||Luggage assistance was not provided, as the guy apparently was sleeping, so my husband took all luggage up by himself for all our 3 rooms.||||Rats were freely running around the lobby, and lobby washroom. Complete lack of hygiene||||Provoded towels were wet. Blanket cover was also slightly wet. Toilet paper was not avaliable in he hotel at all, after 15 min of arguments provided with plastic like tissues and promised to buy paper for us the next day.||||Breakfast is separate story. 2 parata or piece of bread on your reach choice with small yoghurt bowl provided to the room. So called breakfast was getting ready for 1 jr 10 min. Stayed in room 204 from 19 Nov to 21st nov.||Booked room through OYO, but hotel staff denied check in on arrival because we deleted dinner option and they have to provide complimentary breakfast.||Room is filthy, had to get the housekeeper to change the sheets as it was not changed from the previous stay, although according to them room was cleaned, towels got holes in it. Phone got lot of dust, fire and safety hazard in room, electric shock hazard in our room as fan dimmer knob missing. Got electric shock.|No choice to choose from menu for complimentary breakfast, tea was cold, additional items charged and supplentary tea was charged too.||No Wi-Fi in rooms, no hangers in room and no heating in our room 204. |No receipt for payment was provided during check in or check out and was informed it will be given by OYO, but oyo policy state that receipt need to be provided by the hotel.|Cockroaches in the property room too living with us for free. Lol :)||Lodged the issue online with OYO and tried to call and left a voice mail but no call back or no update BY OYO. |Neither the payment receipt issued by OYO or hotel till now, it is more than 2 days after check out.||Stay away from this...
