My booking was on 25th May check-in time 12:00, we have reached hotel at 8:00 am ( 4 hours early ), they said we will not allow early check-in, I requested and booked another room in the same hotel for few hours just to avoid any transfer. If room not available, how come hotel able to give another room with cost of 2.5k. #2. Breakfast - they go on exact date, rather than count. example if you have booked 2 days stay with breakfast and lunch(or Dinner) you could choose your days, In my case Hotel rejected breakfast request for 25th Morning. #3. Lunch - they denied saying in my booking its Dinner. However at the time of booking says "Lunch or Dinner". So again we paid but lost one Dinner, ideally it could have been accommodated with Lunch. #4. Finally we had Breakfast on schedule as per hotel i.e on 26th Morning and 27th Morning. Both the days Breakfast was Not buffet. #5. On any request Hotel will say "No" #6. I have been to many hotels, not sure why but this hotel seems not interested for guest. seems the staff just doing their duty and no interest on guest requirements etc, they go with thumb rule "No".
