Hotel Gera's at Kalka Ji — Hotel in Kalkaji

Bedbug (khatmal) room 408 4th floor, Worst hotel ever while location is fabulous and property is gud but rooms so dirty, unhygienic rooms, booked a room from Oyo and they demand extra money while check in, I called Oyo customer care and then they sorted our issue , when I entered in the room so I feel very upset but that time already we late bcs 10 Pm around we came so I decided to get sleep for night but midnight something is beaten me and I scratched my body and I was thinking about mosquito so I switched on fan on full speed but after that same happened with me again and then I turned on light and saw a bedbug on my blanket then I checked and I saw 4,5 bedbugs on d bed then I called to hotel staff and told them about this incident and then they shifted us to another room but I scared so much because one bedbug I found on my bag and another one on my shoe, another room is dirty and unhygienic same as previous one but there was no bedbugs so I sleeped there with turned on lights, that was scary and horrible...

Don't get fooled by the purchased reviews. Horrible service and rooms and a lot of unprofessional act. As soon as you leave the room even for few minutes they cut MCB power. Each time you've to come and ask for the power supply. No toiletries no amenities and no welcome. Tv don't work AC is horrible cleanliness is mind upsetting with false odour. It was an compulsion to stay as were accommodated by third party and no refund was issued. Will not recommend anyone if don't want to...

I wish I had something called a minus-star option to give a review for this hotel. Very shady. Did not have a room key, was asked to leave my stuff because "yaha pe live camera hai, koi dikkat nahi h". Not a good staff.
