Café Coffee Day - Kalkaji — Restaurant in Delhi

This was the third time I had visited the outlet. It was a decent experience but at the most an average one. There was nothing that stood out specifically for the rating to be higher. There are some things that can be improved in my opinion. Firstly, the quality of the furniture and fittings - it needs a bit of an overhaul. Especially with Wendy's that has just been opened up next to it. The three seater tables are better although it is too cramped up. Lastly, the air conditioning was not working properly. We came to get a filter coffee and a vanilla latte. The drinks were good, but when the cashier asked for "Dark or Light", instead of roast he seemed to be referring to "Black coffee" or "milky coffee". When I asked for "light" (thinking it was a light roast) it was actually very nearly a latte in itself.

Ambiance is nice though, and there are numerous tables with outlets to charge your devices along one side of the seating area. Clean and quiet...a good place to chat or...
