Terrible service. We had to ask for water thrice, then we were served water. We ordered pizza, pasta, mojitos 30mins later we were told the order for pasta wasn't placed by the server. Server charged extra for making the drink strong (we sent back the drink after taking only one sip still we were charged seperately which is simply not ethical) Penne a la vodka gave me and my friend food poisoning. After spending the amount we did we expect better quality and service. We paid for the 60ml shot we added after finishing 70% of the drink but after taking the first sip we asked for extra strength we had to pay for that as well we did recieve an apology from the server. We however will not be considering your establishment in the future or recommending it to anyone as our experience was highly disappointing which was unexpected as most reviews were good but I guess the set standard couldn't have been maintained for each customer equally. I have given 1 star according to my perspective and experience which may not be same as others but as a disgruntled costumer i must share my experience because at the end of the day it was me and my friend who suffered food poisoning. I understand alcohol is expensive and as a culinary student who has worked in ITC briefly I have high standards for where i dine. I have been to this place before and the food is quite nice. However, we came for Happy Hour and their pricing was completely different. We showed them the pricing on Swiggy Zomato and Google but they refused. We were charged 599/- for a 330ml corona beer as per their menu log. The manager was ill mannered. They tried to cover it up by mentioning this price is for 1+1 offer. So we repeatedly kept asking if their menu pricing is different on other times vs happy hours which they clearly denied. Very disappointed. Customers should not be cheated and pricing should be fixed. HUGE SCAM we do not know what to believe and what not to believe. Moreover, we were not even served with a drinking menu. Once we challenged the bill and asked for it, we were provided with one.
