Itsy Hotels Arien International — Hotel in Kalkaji

Pathetic service with inefficient staff..

Overall pathetic experience and stay at this hotel. The room provided was not clean at all and committed to adjust for a day and next day (2 night stay - 28th -30th Mar, 23) another room due to all rooms sold out. Not clean, no intercom working, all room lights were not working, fan switch was away from bed, water used to drip in the washroom which has water drainage all over the floor and was messy around the place. No hooks to hand towels in the washroom. These were not only limited to room based issues, but also kitchen related service which I faced and had frustrating experiences to name a few:

After arriving and checkin, I ordered coffee till the room got cleaned as requested.But neither coffee was okay nor hot.

For Dinner on 28th Mar, I ordered food as I was unable to move out and explore, again got disappointed because of taste and the rice used was broken rice with tasteless touch.

Next day for breakfast on 29th Mar, it was included in the package. Had 2 options - Aloo Parathas or Bread omelette with Tea/Coffee.. What was even more irritating is that the boy who brought in the room only omelette without bread, such an inefficient staff to serve guests. Till the time bread was supposed to arrive, the omelette was already less hot ro consume. Inspite of requesting toasted bread, it was yet not toasted properly with Serving only 2 slice of bread. guess what I found ? I found broken pieces of eggshells in the omelette.. such a disgusting, unapologetically and unacceptable service. They did give me the option of another piece of Aloo Parathas but as they have been delayed in serving breakfast was very difficult to accommodate my time as per their schedule.. I had an incredible experience at Itsy Hotels Arien International. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive to every detail, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and hassle-free.
