Caution: You are having a bad experience at this place and decide to leave before even finishing half of the (soft) drinks you ordered before the starters and the mains. The cafe manager, to whom you have explained about the entire unpleasant experience, and that you do not wish to pay for the unfinished drinks; is generous and considerate enough to not charge for the drinks and is letting you go without asking you to pay as a goodwill gesture.

However, the owner of the place is least bothered about the hospitality and good customer service and can simply file a police complaint against you, even if you are with your family and are again looking for a place to eat at 10:30 in the night. He wouldn’t even consider to speak with you out of courtesy before filing the police complaint and may straight away project you as a thief who has stolen something and are trying to run away. All this despite the fact that he was not present in the cafe at the time of the incident and wouldn’t even attempt to ask the customer about the whole scenario before filing for the complaint.

Message to the owner/cafe management: To the best of our understanding, the shift manager was considerate to have understood the unpleasant experience we faced and was generous enough to not have asked for any money for such poor customer service experience. We did not run away, rather explained the whole scenario to the manager and walked out only after his consent. My bad that I thought of it as a goodwill gesture to prevent your customer from not visiting your place ever in future.

Heard a lot through word of mouth about this place and so we thouht to try out this place.

Place - Its in the main market on 2nd floor. The interior in good and comfy. The sofa seats which they have is not that comfortable while sitting. You have to sit and then shift as little space is there.

Food - we ordered Jalapenos Cheese poppers- Rs 130=it was cheesy and you could taste jalapenos and the price was fine too. Double cheese burger(veg) - Rs 149= Potato tikki+2(cheese)+onion+tomato+leaves= big and couldn't finish the whole burger as after a point of time didn't feel like having it. They also serve fries too which were crispy. Paneer buger (veg) - Rs 149=Paneer tikki+1(cheese)+onion+tomato+leaves = massive burger and tasty. Chicken cheese burger- I must say that the chicken burger was much softer and better than the veggie ones. I really liked the chicken burger. Belgian chocolate and marshmallow shake - thick and amazing one. Red Velvet shake - was good too.

Service- the order took some time but the wait was worth the food we got. The staffs were courteous and friendly. Thanks to the staff who enquired if we have zomato gold or not and i remembered that I do have it. These gestures of staffs really make me appreciate their hard work and presence of mind.

Enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend everyone. I do wanted to try out their big pizza but then at the end we would be eating only that so that's why...

Don't know where to start but i got totally obsessed with this place the moment i entered. A typical American vibe hits you right in your heart with their ambients and music and decor. The second thing comes is their beautiful menu where they have options for jumbo burgers, jumbo pizzas and jumbo shakes too. Well you doo need a pack full of hungry people to try on them yet you can go for their normal menu if visiting less in numbers. We were 12 people and started with their delicious tandoori cheesy fries, with some beautiful Ferrero and mango shakes till the time we waited for our huge 34 inches pizzas. Ordered it in 4 different toppings and it took around 30 mins, so pre ordering is suggested. But the wait was actually worth it because no one could stop drooling when the pizza was being served. It was indeed one of the best jumbo huge pizza one could ever have. It was more than enough for 12 of us and still we had to make it packed as we didn't want to waste it. I loved their barbecue chicken and farmhouse side. The pizza was full of cheese and toppings and best in flavours. They have also launched their world cup combo recently where you get a bucket of beer, burger, fries and cheese finger onky at 799/- whereas the pizza would cost you around 3499 which seems worth if there are more than 12...
