It was a very terrible experience, first of all I got a call from the hotel that the location( Hotel Ashraye) i have chosen was under maintenance so I will be allotted a new location (Hotel Lloyd)which is around 500m away from the original location. But that new location was very very bad the receptionist allowed a room which was not worth a free stay, dirty room, dirty towel, Ac not working properly, when I complained about the room they shifted me in another room which was somehow better than that earlier room but as was still not working properly. Then I called the reception and told them I would make a complaint then they gave me another huge room but it was still very dirty and ac not working properly. I somehow don't want to argue more so I decided to adjust there. At the time of check out the receptionist was very rude and when I tell them that ac was not working properly he rudely said "it's ok". After paying so much money this is not the treatment I should be getting. I book stays from many platforms like fab, agoda, mmt but this is the first time I am writing a review because i was so much disappointed. I don't know whose fault it is whether its MMT or the hotel, I want strict action who ever is responsible and want a proof that a action has been taken. If not satisfied I will definitely go to consumer court.

I had a very bad experience with Fab Hotels. The rooms were nothing like the pictures. They were musty, dirty, dimly lit. There was no hot water in winters in a place like delhi. The restaurant was closed. There were mosquitos in the room, which were a red flag because i was recovering from dengue at the time and even shared my reports with FabHotels. But they refused to provide refund to me. Washrooms were small and smelly. The bedsheet and pillow covers were not washed. All rooms were the same so whatever room change they were suggesting was a no go. My aged father and I had to leave the hotel at night, and we had already paid in advance for 2 days so all of that went to waste. Do not recommend staying with FabHotels. They are not managing their properties, misleading customers and then refusing refunds. Please find attached images. When we complained, they said that they conducted highly classified investigation, wasted my time for a week and then refused my refund. Their manager did not even show the courtesy of calling me back. So please choose something better.

Extremely unethical. Poor service and very unhygienic rooms. Their Manager Mukesh is very rude and a useless person if you happen to complain. Better check their rooms before checking in and better to pay after your stay or you will be disappointed. their rooms are full of mosquitoes, spider webs, there is no difference between a footmat or a towel - both are being used as a footmat and they will provide you the same as a towel. They will give you open and refilled mineral waters and expect you to specifically tell them that you need sealed mineral water bottles! We took a suite room and paid heavily for it and when we tried to complain - their manager became a nuisance and started misbehaving! Shame on their management to not to have a look at what's happening in their hotel. If you still wish to waste your money and lose your peace of mind - please go ahead and stay at this hotel!! DISAPPOINTED big TIme!

Very disappointed by the service of fab hotels and make my trip support promptness level.||||The issues faced during the stay is mentioned below,||||||1. The hotel had no supply of hot water and even when it was told to us that hot water is available from 7 am to 10.30 am it was not coming even after reconfirming twice with the hotel on the same. Instead yesterday when we arrived at 2 pm they said there is no hot water available and sent an electric heating rod which is really scary. Reference picture attached.||||||2.The bed linen on arrival on 11/11/2022 had stains from previous guest and felt like it was not changed after departure of previous guest and there were used soap and ladies hair clip still in the room from previous guest in the room. We still managed to sleep in that but today when we came back in the eveing to out room the room was not serviced and the linen was still the same and trashbin filled with garbage and bathroom dirty, We shared the same with the person at reception but nothing happened.||||||3.There are many amenities with are not functional and is in very dirty state like the minifridge is nasty with lot of molds and moreover is not working, there is ceiling light which is fuse, sofa which is broken- i realised it when i sat on it and it was about to collapse and luckily i managed not to fall, there is no charging plug points - if you have to charge your phone you need to disconnect the TV socket to use the plug point, the shower curtain is miserably moldy as if it has not been changed since ages,||||the safe locker in the room is not working and we wanted to keep the valuables inside it as its mentioned in the hotel's policy which is stuck behind the room door that guests are responsible for the safety of their belongings in the room,i don't know how to feel safe at this property||||||4. On top of that when today we came back to the hotel and went to collect the key at reception the receptionist behaved rudely saying he made a mistake giving a room to us and we are wrong in sharing our concerns as he get to hear because of that and concluded by saying that he will speak yo us later.This hotel staff feels like they are trying to harass the guests,first of all the service and quality is sub standard and on top of that the staff tries to threaten you.Exteamly unprofessional staff.||||||Even after all this when we entered the room still no hot water as usual and when we called reception for it they said they have no alternative for hot water as they have discontinued to give heating rod which they provided yesterday(12/11/2022).When asked thrice for hot water they sent the same rod again...

Worst Experience – Beware of this Hotel 🚫

I booked this place through Booking.com during peak season and unfortunately ended up here. Let me make it very clear—this hotel is nothing like the pictures they show online. Total scam! Room Disaster – They first gave me Room 402 on the 3rd floor. Within just an hour, I couldn’t even breathe properly because it was full of dust, humidity, and zero ventilation. Felt like suffocation. Fake “Solutions” – When I complained, they shifted me to another room on the ground floor. That room was worse—reeked of cigarette smoke everywhere. Disgusting. Unhygienic & Shocking – The third room they offered was beyond pathetic. There was a dirty trolley inside and even someone’s underwear left on the fridge! Clearly, the room was already being used. Zero cleanliness, zero respect for guests. Money-Minded Cheats – I stayed hardly an hour, yet they shamelessly charged me ₹1500 and refused any refund, despite me explaining everything. This shows how money-minded and insensitive these people are.

This hotel is a classic example of cheating travelers—unhygienic rooms, misleading photos, careless management, and no accountability. Such places ruin the travel experience for people who save and plan for months.

⚠️ My warning: Do NOT book this hotel, not even for a night. The owner may think he earned by cheating, but karma always pays back. Cheating people’s hard-earned money and providing inhuman conditions is shameful.
