If you want to Waste your money at this property for a high class smart home technology & specifically a luxury room ( a TRAP IN ONLINE BOOKING) , please go ahead as they lag basic facility, like parking and decent restaurant. LUXURY ROOMS ARE NOT PRIVATELY SETUP. You open your door and you are in Lobby. guests in lobby can see your bed and room while checking in. 😁😁😁😁😁😁
The photos, What they show on travel website is just building & rooms, what they hide is I am going to show. Please check complete review.
Also they run two property with same set of staff. #AishwariyaResidency & #vivaana.
Some one tried to play the trump card and it’s a failure. LUXURY ROOMS ARE TRAP. The room ends before it starts. ONLINE BOOKING , STRICTLY NO NO for LUXURY ROOM. They are just by the lobby and ZERO Privacy.
Don’t get impress with Housekeeping manger using a hand held Walky-Talky phone. It’s all show off for smart technology.
Would you love to live in a room with smart home technology watching TV, with no food, poor room service, poor room clearance service , untimely staff ??

Pros : PREMIUM ROOMS ARE GOOD . However you have to shred extra money for it. high end smart home technology enabled room. decent interior and beddings.
Cons : sir Payment please. Pay for room upgrade, pay for extra mattress, pay for this and that and blah blah.( every time to pass by entrance, they front desk kept you echoing ) LUXURY room is a trap for online booking. once you are trapped and reach properly, they will offer you upgrade to Premium ROOM. Very disappointed. approach road to the property is worst than pathetic. ( people urinating along, Wholesale iron market makes it worst to your experience of car getting scratched. PARKING SLOPE 45degree, and congested and shady. An experience driver has to think twice to take car down and pull it back from parking . Worst worst. What they show on travel website is building, what they hide is I am...
Read moreGreat place for the rate I stayed at but the rates for this hotel drop very low and jump very high so value for money really depends on the day. The place is CLEAN and well maintained, however it is rather understaffed. We requested something from reception multiple times, they say okay and forget about it. Shifts appear to not communicate with each other either. Staff are not particularly courteous and don't seem to care much about anything, don't even do the little things like saying excuse me and thank you, and will argue with you about the obvious instead of trying to help you which is quite unusual for South India. As I showed them the obviously stained sheets the staff AND reception manager were shouting 'this is not stained' instead of apologizing and changing them. CUSTOMER SERVICE is definitely not emphasized, however, we got a positive impression when we saw the perfectly good mattresses of the entire hotel get replaced with brand new ones - clearly, the management takes care. Despite this, the BEDSHEETS and TOWELS are terribly stained and ripped as you can see on the photos. We had them changed twice - they are all like that. They should replace the bedsheets and towels next and urgently!!!
One BIG ISSUE if you are BOOKING ONLINE is - the hotel marks guests as no-show left and right and will not contact you to confirm. They would also fill up their rooms even if you have an active booking, so definitely do call them directly to make sure they are holding your room. We saw this happen 4 times during our short stay unfortunately.
The SWIMMING POOL is NOT CLEAN. The pool table is unusable because the striker is damaged beyond repair, the tips of the cues are destroyed and there is a missing ball. If you are going for these facilities - don't! The rooms are very good though and like I said it can be great value for money depending on...
Read moreI had made a booking on 28th of February using the Agoda platform against a Hotel called Livaana in the city of Mysuru (Mysore), Karnataka, India, crossing the dates of check-in to be 28.02.2025 and check out to be 01.03.2025. Also had made a payment of ₹ 1,300/- in accordance with the booking. Since it was a human error and I wanted to claim a refund, tried calling the hotel as well as Agoda Customer Care. Both denied on the refund stating a “Non-Refundable Booking” Policy. Also when I asked to change the date of booking to 01.03.2025(Check-in) to 02.03.2025(Check-out), Agoda’s Executive promised to deliver the same with an applicable charge of ₹ 1,000/-. Both parties agreed on and I was asked to pay the difference amount at the hotel desk. Once I reached there, the receptionist at the desk (Nagaraja) refused to complete my booking saying that he had received no intimation from the end of Agoda or “The Booking Partner” for any sort of date change. I had a heated conversation with the representatives of Agoda for about 80 minutes while we also spoke to the Representatives of Livaana Mysuru simultaneously. No resolution was given for the same and I was abandoned at an obscene hour (around 10:30 PM late night) also was ill-treated from the end of Managing Director of Livaana Group.
*Upon basic investigation being done from my end, found out a fact that on 28th February where my booking was taken around 9:30 PM, the property was completely booked around 8:20 PM itself! Be aware of such...
