Samrat — Restaurant in Karnataka

We are tourist in Mysore and went to this restaurant for breakfast, I ordered a idli plate and my wife a masala dosa. My idlis arrived with a kind of salted doughnut on top but I didn'nt ordered it because I have gluten intolerance. I supposed it was with the plate so I didn't say anything. I ate my idlis wich were very small by the way and my wife masala dosa was largely stuffed with ognions and a few potatoes. When the bill arrived, I was surprised that they charge me for the doughnut I didn'nt ordered and when I asked not to pay for the doughnut, the manager was quite rude and impolite and told me to leave the doughnut in my plate and refused to withdraw it from the bill. So I think those people are dishonest and want to make money on tourist back by adding things in the plate that they didn't order. One good point was the good fruit juice. So foreigners in Mysore avoid...

To the owner of this hotel :- we visited this hotel couple of times this hotel. Once they had provided printed bill but another time they had provided written manual bill. Manual bill was for Rs 355 but I asked for printed bill and paid Rs 390. There is an understanding between person sitting in cash counter and the server. They produce manual bill with lesser value than the price mentioned in the bill and it's shared by both of them.. it may be beneficial to the customers but they are cheating the owner which is not good. Who ever the owner... you are being cheated please take...

Don't waste your money with this unhygienic hotel...

From outside it looks good but inside hotel its dirty. No cleanliness, if you see wash basin and kitchen you will get to know abt it.. Food is not fresh they serve spoiled sambar and chutney... When i informed about this to waiters and owner they are laughing and not ready to acknowledge it. Even few customers complaining the same.. So i ordered one more plate idly, dosa and made owner and waiter to have their food. They just denied it...

Just imagine they are not ready to have their own...
