Worst room and services in Thiruvananthapuram. Room was full of dust, walls was very dirty and the main thing was about the bathroom, bathroom was really really dirty, my kid felt nauseated when entered into that bathroom. Bathroom walls having dirt stuck for years I think... After bathing it seems that water flows to the room from bathroom and no words about describing about the floor mat that kept outside the bathroom. That much worst. Shelves also seems dusty. There was no basic fecilities like drinking water, soap etc.. Tv was there, but not working. The single ac room rent was Rs. 1700/- per day. An oldman who was sitting in the reception having an arrogent attitude like we are staying there for free of cost. If there is an opportunity for providing zero stars or even negetive points I will definitely put that. Only one positive thing is the location. Good location...

One of the worst experience I ever had.! Booked online their 'Superior executive' room for 3 adults including Breakfast (costed me Rs. 1834). On arrival, we were told they didn't have any free rooms. On further enquiry & showing our paid e-receipt, they alloted us ordinary deluxe room (which is for 2 adults only). Also, the room was not cleaned & no toiletries were given. Other facilities shown online but not received were: Drinking water. Intercom for contacting front desk. TV was non-functioning. No breakfast (although the booked fare included it's charge also). Furthermore, the staff at front desk were very sarcastic when we told about the online booking & were actively telling us to book directly with them in the future. They are looting public money …… u ll not get any remainders from the staff at the time of checkout even if you are roaming in front of them , if u do one hour delay they ll charge another day full amount with you … actually the staff waiting for your check out time expires…. If u don’t know the language they ll laugh at you& scold you

Too bad experience with the hotel….. Don’t recommend to any one .. Don’t encourage these type of hotels Lost 1200 rs money simply
