I visited there in May’25 and I must say, I was awestruck during my time there. Every little thing was not just placed, it was placed with deep consideration and thought. The whole compound spoke of beauty, calmness and a vibe which people seek when they travel somewhere. I would not be speaking about the rooms and the cleanliness as that would be an insult(to talk about basic things here). I would only say, go and visit and see by yourself that how beautiful a place can be. Maybe you would discover an idea for your home as well. Because that’s how a place should be, that’s how nature should be integrated, that’s how you preserve the old and yet be modern. Speaking about the mind behind Boketto, Mr Paul, I found a friend in him. He is so thoughtful, so considerate and to top it all his design mindset about a home and sustainability is just “WOW”. Believe me, you will utter this word “WOW” a hundred times during your stay. Go visit and thank me later.

Paul’s home stay / boutique hotel is well situated between the town and beach and provides a quiet and secluded oasis from the interesting and exciting bustle of Alleppy.

The home stay is in a beautiful old spice warehouse that has been perfectly restored with a chic minimalist interior that also celebrates the buildings heritage to create a stylish and comfy accommodation.

Paul was very friendly and helpful and provided us with slippers and lovely toiletries during our stay, gave us a great and extensive list of things to do, places to visit and restaurant recommendations and even cooked us authentic delicious Keralan breakfasts.
