We visited here as we have seen some vlogs that there is a very special biriyani which is a sea food biriyani which is named as Kadal Biriyani. So we just visited there on way back from alleppey. As per vlogs and previous reviews it is said that there is a quantity that can be easily shared among two. So we planned to have a Biriyani, and two or three shakes. As the first item we ordered kadal biriyani, which ended up in an absolute disappointment which was almost the biggest biriyani disaster so far in my life.It was in a small pot with biriyani was filled almost half of it. There was only a quantity which is suitable for a single person. That too even one cannot have a tight fill. The biriyani was not hot as well. The biriyani was having a small piece of king fish, 4 to 5 rings of squids and 5 to 6 prawns with normal biriyani rice and the pricing is Rs. 299 which was so drastic. Soon after seeing the quantity of the biriyani i realised that i have wasted my money for something which is not worth it, so i decided to spent a single penny more, we holded the plan to have shakes. We just finished that biriyani paid the bill will absolute regret and left the place. My only request is that, you can charge such high cost for biriyanis, which is not a big deal as it is some special kind of biriyani, but you must make sure that the people are getting something worth for what they are paying. Agree that u have to meet your cost and efforts, but do think from customers side as well. I had many expensive biriyani before also but when i had it i felt like there is something worth the money which i have paid. But this is for thr first time. A complete disaster. Surely my last visit. Not at all recommended. It anybody wants to taste it. Go forward and try at your own risk. Believe in faith.

Worst place. Pls dont ever come🙏🏻 i with my friend went to this restaurant on 9th October after watching some youtube reviews. firstly, we asked for menu at the restaurant. but the waiter did not show us it. and we asked him not to serve chicken biriyani. and we ordered for food with fish fry. we did not understand anything what the waiter talked about and he served me kadal biriyani which is their special. let me tell you frankly that kadal biriyani is not worth paying. i found it as an ordinary fish biriyani served in mud pot. they charged around 300 rupees for it. after waiting for long time, the waiter served my friend ordinary meals . my friend did not take it. and then the waiter served us chicken biriyani instead of fish biriyani. by the time he served us food, many people had left their seats after having lunch. the waiter did not give us drinking water. you know what happens if you dont drink water after biriyani! he said hot water is not available there...i thought what kind of restaurant its? . even in multiplex theatre you will get drinking water free of cost. the man in charge of the restaurant was not at all interested in dealing with anybody else but his friends. we were fed up with this experience. we explained our bad experience to this man in charge of the restaurant. but he did not show much interest to...

In these times, it’s important for establishments to provide warm water, which this restaurant fails to do. Additionally, they charge for water bottles without verifying if they were used, leading to potential overbilling unless the customer notices and requests a correction. I ordered a normal meal and received a small pot of fish curry, assuming it was included, only to be informed later that it was an extra charge. This practice feels like a deliberate attempt to extract more money from customers.

The restaurant seems excessively expensive and focused on profit.

The customer service is subpar:

There’s a lack of professionalism.

Manners are noticeably absent.

The overall attitude is indifferent, as if to say, “Eat if you want.”
