Overall, my experience was quite positive, and I found it to be a comfortable and pleasant stay.

I had booked Fab Hotel PGS Inn,Kochi and when I reached there the initial response was that the rooms are already full and no rooms available even after i had made initial payment through Fab Hotel app. They had said they will wait only till a certain amount of time for fab customers or else they would give room to others. This incident is occuring at midnight and i was totally tired due to travelling. Then after talking to fab customer support and the receptionist talked to the manager and finally they had given me a room (Room No: 404) which was below par room with such a pathetic room. As i had no other option available and since it was midnight I had to take that room, the room conditions were so pathetic that no one would dare give money and stay there and i would like to provide the details of the room below in the form of pictures or videos. I have never experienced such a terrible incident from FAB hotels and I would also like to make the concerned authorities aware of this hotel PGS INN at Kochi, do take stringent actions against this kind of frauds. This type of hotels do provide a black mark to the goodwill of Fab Hotels. This trauma still haunts me as the room which I had been given was so worse as they provided me this room to avoid black mark from Fab but the room was so dirty and untidy. First of all this is not a fab hotel. This OYO Townhouse, the image they provided is completely fake. Dont believe the fake reviews on fabhotel website. Very small rooms and you can enjoy cigarette smell for free in the corridors and rooms. No neatness and walls are dirty. Dont expect Bucket and cup in the bathroom, they dont provide. If you ask them 3,4 times they will give. They will not give soap or towels if you dont ask them. The rooms and corridors is full of cigarette smell. There is TV, but it will not work. Hot water is available, but you have to be bahubali to turn on the tap. You will get 4 glasses for free, if you want to drink beer. You can see lot of beer bottles and glasses and lot of waste if you remove the curtain of the window. They will not allow to take room if the price is below 1200/day, even if you booked online. First i got a room without keys, later i shifted to a room and the key is broken you have to try several times to light...
