the building very far to be a hotel, ||building very old house renewed ||the rooms different than what you see in the photot||the staff cant speak English and no way to communicate even when they call oyo call center cant understand you even a manager and you have to speak word by word for them to understand you and never expect a help of course.||the Location totally not a mentioned in the page also details for contact not correct normally 30 minutes from the airport however different location and details not correct tokes me 55 minutes asking in the area. the worst thing when you arrived as not mentioned in the page the hotel only for Indian not foreigners.and blaming Expedia for the issue and no solution plus the payment non refundable refuse to do checking and refund my money back as the offer non-refundable. and they dont offer me other hotels or my refunds.the worst experience and shame on Expedia to have this kind of hotels in their website.the person was communicating over the phone was very rude and lies to me. really its a scam hotel as no feedback from Expedia also in related and i try to call them no response.||well better to book with booking.com at less there is good customer services who can assist you at anytime...

We visited the hotel in April 2022. We booked the hotel from Oyo, but when we reached the hotel, they asked a ridiculously high amount of extra money. When we showed them the booking fro oyo, they simply denied it and told that they don't abide by the Oyo bookings!! The manager behaved rudely and we were told to go to another hotel if the extra money not given. We reached late at night and we had family including children. We had no other option than to stay there for that night. The rooms were large but the cleanliness was horrible. The bed sheets and pillow covers were enough to feel you like vomiting. The AC was not working. The window glass was broken. The shower in the bathroom was also not working. Somehow we managed to spend one night with the company of mosquitos and unbearable temparature. In spite of calling the hotel reception, nobody picked it up. The location of the hotel is too much worse. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. please don't go...

I had a terrible experience at Hotel O, SRM Road, booked through Agoda. Upon check-in, the first room given to me was extremely unhygienic—dirty towels, stained bedsheets, used soaps, and even other items like used condoms left behind even in washrooms. The AC stopped working, and there was a complete power outage. I requested a room change, but the next room was no better—still untidy, filled with mosquitoes, and lacked the AC that I had paid for. The hotel staff initially promised another room but never provided it. Despite paying extra charges per hour 100 rs for early check-in, the service and hygiene standards were appalling. And here there are several wifi router, but hotel staffs don't know the password to provide us. Still didn't received the proper wifi password also. Definitely not...
