You can be lucky if you find someone at reception, zero security No room service(Actually NO SERVICE) , the restaurant shown on website is managed by some 3rd party and is not functional, when questioned about the lapses in basic facilities at this rate the lady on call who is supposed to have an additional management charge of this place and handles some other BIG 50 star facility may well dare to say "What do you want? Do you want the property for free?"||The place is a little off from road and you have to walk the last patch carrying everything. ||Room was clean with good view but cant comment on daily housekeeping as the stay was only for one day. ||AVOID if you don't want yourself running out for tea, snacks, meals AND YES for...

We love this place to wake up to a breathtaking view of the beach right from bed itself. We have stayed in other rooms along this beach earlier, but the views from the balconies of these rooms are amazing. To the left is a rocky hill towered by the light house and a sandy beach from rocks below, curves all the way towards the horizon to your right.||It isnt exactly a resort as there are just a few rooms, and they give more of a homely feel with good privacy.||||The rooms seem to have undergone renovation after our trip last year, and they`ve done a good job at it! ||||The staff were friendly and all in all a memorable...

Its just an eyewash, be warned. I went in with so many good expectations and a mood to have fun in Kovalam. but this place just ruined everything, we had to manage everything on our own, be it arranging drinking water or getting meals from nearby restaurants ( as the in house restaurant TANDOOR has closed down-which the manager never mentioned while booking). Apart from carrying our luggage to our room for the first time, we never got a room service in our 2 day stay. Looks like the place itself will close down soon. ||the only good thing here was the beach downstairs, else nothing pleasing about the hotel....
