Long story short

Most likely intoxicated waiter tries to hug you at the beginning and forces non-foreigners like myself to sit in a specific place apparently reserved for us folk! I immediately wanted to leave but we were really hungry to decided to stick around with the hope that the food was awesome like last time Food takes forever to reach and the quality was average Then the bill takes nearly 30 minutes to arrive after asking them Only when we waited at the entrance, the waiter ran across and demanded that we pay by cash after I asked them for them online or card payment methods Then he made up a arbitrary service fee if we pay online! Once he realised that he was done and dusted, he started abusing us violently and after a rather long time, the manager came and chased this individual away Manager promised that an apology would reach us within 2 days and it still hasn't reached us

I have spent two months so far in Kovallum and this restaurant is one of the best. The location is prime for sun sets, the food is excellent and the staff, friendly, fun and helpful. We arranged a going away party two nights ago for friends and they handled 30 guests with no problems at all, we had half of the restaurant blocked off for us, balloons and tables set up with heart shaped petals. Horrible food!!! I went with my family to Sanjeevni restaurant and we ordered Butter Garlic Lobster.. It was tasteless and they have just boiled it and brought it start out from the vessel.. It had a stinking half cooked smell.. They said that it is how they prepare.. If this is the way then Guys please don't waste your money... They can cheat the tourists and charge them high..
