This is just ouside the Martoma church in munnar , around 2-3 kms away from the city centre , and located on a hill with godly views of Munnar . The place is quiet , no hustle and bustle , there is a well kept nursery just few strides away from the hotel. Rooms are very very basic , with old modeled furniture . This place can be damn cold in winters , near to freezing , so bring heavy woolens accordingly. There is no canteen , but a nearby family caters all your needs with tasty and spicy food. We cherish in memory the Anda curry (egg curry) with hot rice , in utter hunger , even today.||They will arrange for cars for sight seeing and all. The Mar Thoma Retreat, Munnar proved to be a wonderful stay for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious and well furnished. Each room has a balcony and our room had a good view of the Munnar town and also the scenic mountains around. ||Homely food as per order was prepared and provided through room service. ||The staff were service minded and very caring and helpful. ||Ample parking space, well maintained garden, playing area for children made the stay peaceful.
