Honestly, I could not stop myself from writing this appreciation note related to my experiences at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience of staying at your hotel on 22-24 Oct’23 during the Dusshera weekend. This hotel is conveniently located and the first look of it is beautifully captivating. It also arouses the anxiety of the guest about the things to come. The ambience of the reception lobby & adjoining areas is soothing to the eyes. It is having just enough space to seat 2-3 groups of guests. We had booked a premium room with breakfast. The room stay is quite comfortable with spacious & cosy rooms. The room was big enough to accommodate 4 of our family members & still a lot of free space in the room. The view from the balcony is awesome. The chirping of the birds in the morning gives one a feel of being so close to the nature. Having a lift for movement across floor will add to comfort & accessibility for the guests. Having a small fan room would add to the comfort of the guest. A visit to the restaurant is an experience in itself, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. One can feel the nature so closely while having a bite. The spread for the buffet meals during breakfast & dinner is adequate enough for variety & taste. Infact, we very much liked the snacks & other al-a-carte items ordered for room service. I would also like to make a special mention about the cordiality & mannerisms of all the staff members. They have been very supportive and helpful & are always ready to serve the guests with a smile. Mr. Praphul, Mr. Subhash &many more unnamed staff members…. It would add to the fun & recreation of the guests if few indoor game options are added. I would surely like to re-visit this property & its surroundings for more of such wonderful...

I recently attended the evening send off ceremony for my dear Baby Paul wjo retired as Secretary of the Munnar Service cooperative bank after a glorious service of 26 years at T&U Leisure Hotel, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The hotel really went above and beyond to create a beautiful and memorable event.

The ambience and decorations were stunning, with beautiful floral arrangements and tasteful lighting that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The arrangements for the programme were impeccable, with everything running smoothly and seamlessly throughout the evening.

As the guests and well-wishers poured in for the ceremony, the friendly hotel staff stood out with their handling of everything with grace and efficiency. They were courteous and attentive, making sure that everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed to enjoy the event.

And the food... I can't even begin to describe how delicious it was! The buffet was full of mouth-watering dishes that showcased the best of local cuisine, as well as some international favorites. Everything was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented, and there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The rooms at T&U Leisure Hotel were also fantastic. They were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want for a relaxing stay. The beds were plush and cozy, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at T&U Leisure Hotel in Munnar and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is nestled amidst the lush greenery of the hills and provides a breathtaking view of the valley below. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and the attention to detail in every aspect of the resort.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh. The bathroom was well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries and the shower had a strong, steady stream of hot water.

The food at the resort was simply amazing. The chefs clearly take great pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the dishes they prepare. I was particularly impressed by the range of dishes on offer, including both traditional and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, with a variety of fresh fruits, cereals, breads, and hot dishes to choose from.

The resort's location is perfect for exploring the beautiful hill station of Munnar. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby, and the resort staff were more than happy to provide advice on which ones to take. I also enjoyed taking part in some of the activities that the resort offers, including indoor games.
