Subject: Feedback Regarding Beef Roast / Mutton Roast

Dear Chef and Management Team at Hotel Rukmini,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your establishment. Specifically, I would like to address the issue I encountered with the Beef Roast and Mutton Roast dishes, which did not meet the expectations set by your menu.

Both dishes were predominantly composed of onions and tomatoes, with very little actual beef or mutton, which was not only disappointing but also felt deceptive. Given the high cost associated with these items, I expected to receive the quality and quantity of meat as described in the menu, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

It is crucial for a business to maintain transparency and honesty in its offerings. As customers, we trust that the items on the menu will be delivered as described, and we pay the prices accordingly. When this trust is broken, it results in a negative experience and damages the reputation of your establishment.

I urge the chef and the management team at Hotel Rukmini to take this feedback seriously and ensure that dishes like the Beef and Mutton Roast are prepared with the right ingredients and in accordance with what is promised. Please do your job with integrity and deliver the quality food your customers expect.

My family and I visited the restaurant on 07 Oct, 23, and had lunch in the big table with a sofa arrangement. We paid around IRS 1900. When the bill was delivered, we asked the bearer to bring the card reader machine to pay by card. At the same time, we noticed a huge crowd inside the restaurant looking for empty tables. While we were waiting for the machine, Mr. Varughese ( the so called Manager) approached me and told me to pay at reception if I intend to pay by card. Without realising his cruced intention, I walked towards the reception, and my family ( 4 ladies) followed. Immediately, the group ( waiting for table) rushed to our table before we could even leave the location which I find highly offensive and unprofessional. The resturant Manager seeing the size of other group and the associated business was actually flushing us out !!!! When we complained, the person at the reception showed a constipated face and was ready to call the manager only after we insisted on seeing him.... To our surprise, the manager was the same guy who was instrumental for the incident, Mr. Varughese....He was argumental and unapologetic....

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's necessary to share our experience to warn others. My family and I dined here recently, and unfortunately, we all suffered from food poisoning afterward. Within hours of eating, multiple members of my family began experiencing severe stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting.We were looking forward to a nice meal out, but this turned into a truly awful and distressing experience. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously and investigates their food handling and hygiene practices.
