When asked for sugar, it was not provided, and the food lacked any flavor. As a purely vegetarian establishment, I expected more in terms of taste and variety, which was sorely lacking.
Not only is this my opinion, but others who have visited feel the same way. Many people feel like they have wasted their money and not received quality food in return. It's clear that the restaurant needs to make significant improvements or consider closing its doors to better serve its customers.
I found it particularly surprising when I went to the nearby hotel, Rukmini, and experienced exceptional customer service and excellent ambiance. Went as a family and there were very bad with the family and me.This time when I went there, the hand wash was empty, so I informed them before eating, the hand wash was empty, but they didn't refill or change it. Even after eating, I informed them first once, then two or three times, but they gave me hand wash only after I waited for almost 10 min. There was an old heavy man(I guess he is the manager of that Ac room) there to manage the AC room, after giving me hand wash, Hand wash is giving by a lil boy and he is a good guy. And That old man was passed nearby me and he murmering that,"ഒരു മസാല ദോശ കഴിക്കുന്നതിന് അവനു ഹാൻഡ് വാഷ് വേണം പോലും!" (*എന്ന് ഒരു പുച്ഛം ഭാവത്തിൽ).
