I had booked a room in this hotel for my parents. The only reason I booked it was because it came at the top in MakeMyTrip hotels in the area, and they also wanted a hotel near to the bus stand. They had a really bad experience there, mostly because the hotel staff were rude and discourteous. My father specifically told that the reception staff behaved very arrogantly with him, something which is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
First off, the check in/check out time is 12pm. My parents reached there early at 9 am the first day, and were given a room. They were never told that they have to check out at 9 itself the other day, so they went out planning on checking out at 12pm. They got a call at 9 am for the reception staff asking them to check out of the room or pay for another day. My parents finally came back and checked out the room, as they had to leave by afternoon. The staff were very rude in communicating with my parents, and almost behaved like we are doing them a favour by staying there.
Secondly, the water from the pipes was just like drainage water. They could not wash their mouths with that water. My parents did not raise this issue with the staff the first day, because they were there in the room only for the night, and thought they could adjust with it. In retrospect, that was a bad move. They did raise this issue of garbage water with the reception staff the next day, to which they were told "it's because you may not have stayed at other hotels. This is the water you get everywhere". Seriously?! Did they recruit the reception staff straight from jail? They finally sent a housekeeping staff to the room to check the water, and he confirmed that the water is not usable. Here again, it's not the garbage water which ticks us off. It's the BEHAVIOUR OF THE HOTEL STAFF.
If you have read through this long review, please know that I will never, ever take a room in this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel to ANYBODY. Please. Stay away from this excuse of a hotel. Let them first learn to give some respect to the customers. I thank them for ruining the leisure trip I had planned...

Last Sunday ( 20/12/2020) by 10 am have I reached the hotel from COK for a meeting and since it is inside the city, thought to check the ambiance for our Doctor's meeting. Suddenly a Sr. Manager with a maroon coat came ( look like a Sr. Manager) and asked me to enter my details in their book, since I was not carrying a pen, thought to avoid unhygienic practice due to COVID, I requested him to enter the details by their Team ( 4/5 staffs were inside the reception) but he was not ready!. He asked me to scan the code which is pasted there, my phone was in my cab and I explained to him. To my great surprise, the entire Team was standing at their place and was trying to argue with me as if I have done a serious mistake. Quite unfortunate and I came out and left the place quickly and went to another Hotel and paid an advance for our 50 Doctor CME which will happen by Jan III week.
