Asado cafe — Restaurant in Kerala

I am a regular customer of Asado, visiting with my family. This is the second time I've had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The issue concerns ordering a chest piece alfahm, which was refused, citing unavailability. What is most concerning is the lack of customer care recently observed from Asado's side. Even after we decided to leave because of the issue, no one bothered to call us back or apologize. I even offered to pay extra cash for the chest piece, but the staff was unwilling to accept it. We had ordered several other food items, but due to their stubborn refusal to provide the chest piece, we ended up not purchasing anything else and left. The whole experience was one of extremely poor service, showing no concern whatsoever. My question is, if an establishment cannot fulfill a customer's simple and stated request, why is it in business? Customers come to eat what they prefer, not to be forced to eat what the restaurant insists on serving. This approach is completely unacceptable. I must point out one thing: the food and ambience at Asado are very good. However, I wonder if this quality is the source of their current arrogance. I recently visited Asado that left me with mixed feelings. While the food was undeniably delicious, the service left a lot to be desired.

From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the restaurant was extremely busy. The hostess was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, and it took some time for me to be seated. Once I was finally seated, they took my my order within a reasonable time considering the rush.

Despite the delays, the food was definitely worth the wait. Everything I ordered was prepared perfectly, and the flavors were exquisite. I could tell that the chef had put a lot of thought and care into each dish, and I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients used.

That being said, the slow service was definitely a drawback. My request for a drink and extra food took a while. It seemed like the restaurant was understaffed, and the servers were doing their best to keep up with the demands of the busy day.

Overall, I would say that if you are willing to be patient, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The food is some of the best I've had in a long time, and the atmosphere is lovely. However, if you are in a hurry or easily frustrated by slow service, this might not be the place for you. I would recommend making a reservation and allowing plenty of time for your meal, so that you can fully enjoy the wonderful cuisine that this restaurant...

Hidden in the heart of Alappuzha , Asado Cafe is a real gem and never mind Asado will soon be one of the best cafe's. In the most unexpected way,Asado came to my notice when I was viewing my friends Instagram stories and I made sure I would visit Asado some day but surprisingly it was the same day we all planned to celebrate our besties birthday so we decided to celebrate it at Asado Cafe. Though it was the first we all were being there,it felt like we belonged there a long time ago.We are so pleased by the way we were welcomed and we thank you for a wonderful delight. The foods and drinks were comparatively a bit expensive but we would never feel bad because of the ambience, hospitality and vibe we experience there.The lighting is fantastic and the Artworks are astonishing and who evere has done it is a real legend... Do visit and spend some time there with your friends and family.With all pleasure you would sure be pleased to have such a wonderful place and Asado cafe will always find a space...
