Hotel O Broadway Ernakulam — Hotel in Kerala

I think no body should go this hotel. No service no manners no basic sense to manage hotel. Why all this online app are permitting this hotel on their site. They are liable for looting public money. I stay here 5 days. Previous it was of modern group now its become oyo hotel. I stay here from last 20 years regularly for my bushines. I will not come here again. In 5 days today is 5th day and today i have to fight to make my room clean. You are taking daily rent from us and for 5 days you are not cleaning the room?? I myself attend when they are cleaning room.only they change bedsheet. Even right now i am ringing from last 1 hour for drinking water. Not a single person is coming. They are not bother to arrange drinking water to customer. No sense of handling hotel. I booked this hotel through goibobo while booking they are ready to give gst invoice option. So i take that. Tomorrow is my check out. So today i ask them pl give me gst invoice they told me that we have no gst number. We can not give. What a answer?? Still i am continiously ringing for drinking water no one is coming.. I am asking to online platform why you are permitting this type of nonsense hotel on your sight and wasting other travellers money.there are many good hotel near by this like milton residency,nanda inn, modern guest house where you can go. Pl go there but do not come here. I am coming here from last 20 years for my bushiness. But i have never experiance like this. Very disappointing...

They don't know anything about the hospitality.Room service is pathetic, malfunctioning AC, no hot water supply will make your stay horrible. Location of the hotel is also in a busy but narrow market place, therefore traffic block will also entrap you there. Don't waste your money, you will find plenty of hotels elsewhere especially in around south and north...

One of the worst hotels we’ve faced in india. We couldn’t even check in because of the bad attitude and treatment of the staff they did not make us feel welcomed!!
