Hotel Casa Ladakh — Hotel in Ladakh Range

Hi, I am writing to express my gratitude to Casa Ladakh for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay. As a first-time visitor to Leh, I was fortunate to have chosen this hotel for my accommodation.

The hotel's eco-friendly environment, surrounded by lush greenery, a beautiful garden, and a refreshing water stream, provided a tranquil and serene atmosphere. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner's family, who warmly welcomed me and ensured that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff at Casa Ladakh demonstrated utmost professionalism and attentiveness, promptly addressing any concerns or requests I had during my stay. While the Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved in terms of speed, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience I had.

The quality of the food served at the hotel was commendable, offering a homely and delectable dining experience. I look forward to revisiting Casa Ladakh in the future, possibly with my parents, to share this wonderful experience with them.

This is not hotel. It is a guest house that the owner think it’s hotel. The room is ok. Bed and cleaning Ness not bad for India but we have seen much better then this. ||Shower is just as any other guest house we visited. Not clean, same space with toilet. No place to put dry stuff in the room. No hangers. No toilet paper. The soup and toiletries that they provide are really bad quality. They are not cleaning the room or changing towels. I gave laundry for washing and would of been better to find elsewhere to do it. I it will take too long to get it back and we are in a real need for clothes. Didn’t have this problem before in India. The rate is definitely too heigh for what it is. No wonder that in a time that all the hotels and guest houses around are packed we are the only costumers in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. ||One more thing, 11pm we were already in bed sleeping, there was a loud bang on the room door. He didn’t stop until we opened the door. Very bad hotel!!! The staff keep lying to us! Laundry service was charged extremely high. Hidden cost for tea and coffee which were offered by them without us ordering! On top of full payment done for the hotel the staff tried to add service charge for the hotel service which was extremely poor!!! Money ghost staffs! Hot water and electricity were turned off without informing earlier like other hotel. Overall will not recommend to any human being who expects basic needs for the amount paid!
