Hotel Galuma — Hotel in Ladakh Range

I had a very unwelcoming and unprofessional experience at this place I had a confirmed reservation from goibibo for this property and when I arrived the first question i was asked is how much money I had paid and upon hearing the amount I was denied checkin and asked to cancel my reservation and when I said it was non refundable the person rejected it and immediately offered me the same room at a very high price and when i complained to goibibo he wouldn't pick their call this place is highly unreliable never had this experience at many other properties i stayed in leh goibibo did help me with an alternative but imagine if i was arriving late at night I had to give in to the properties demands book this at your own risk incident...

I stayed here with my Family including 2 small kids for a night.

Great service the staff wee so helpful and friendly. Nice, cozy, spacious, and clean rooms. Very affordable for budget travelers and very near the city center. We stayed on a few more nights because we liked it so much! Would definitely recommend...
