Courtyard by Marriott Madurai — Hotel in Madurai

The property is beautiful constructed & centrally located, close by to all places .Great ambience and you feel welcomed with the staff warmth and personal touch right from when you get out of the car at the start of your trip to getting back in the car at the end of your trip. Rooms are too cosy & spacious. Food is also good & good spread of breakfast. As I happen to be part of an engagement event been organised at this place, overall, pleasant experience. The reason I provided 10 out of 10 ratings for following reasons.

Sales - Mr.Arshad , Praveen & Rajesh where so helpful from the start for the viewing venue and availabilities .

Reception - Mr.Ragu , Suresh , Ameer & Radhakrishnan were wonderfully organized our rooms as per our request.

Banquets - Main day & Main event host was Mr.Harigaran , he really took our event as his own event and really took care of our relations and guests very well in organizing food and other requirements .

Food - Chef Ragavan & Team , done a wonderful menu for the event and made all our guests to remember us for life time. And the dessert (Ada Pazham Prathaman) was top notch and made the magic moments to everyone ,as most of them had it for the first time.Briyani and other dishes also wonderful..

Breakfast - I Would personally say the taste of south indian dishes for the breakfast is amazing and i loved it .And very Good spread of breakfast with more options .Mr.Naven and Team Managed the Crowd Very well in the morning even we did not expect more ppl will come at one time apart from room guest .

Housekeeping - I would like to thank Mr.Vignesh and team for their service on the back end which was really need to be appreciated .

Security - I would thank them for their back end operation on clearing cars and parking allotments .

All those staffs mentioned above are gems to the Marriott .

We really thankful to Marriott for following their sanitizing procedure and COVID19 restrictions . All the members attended the function and stayed at the hotel where thankful. All are safe.

Over all I loved every moment of my visit and it was a pleasure , we will be looking forward to stay...

Refreshing Luxury in Temple town

Like the title states, this one is a refreshing addition to the templetown – and long overdue- as a place this popular with tourists has been devoid of a really international quality luxury option for such a long time. Great value for money and a Classy luxury option that delivers on every expectation you might have from a Courtyard Property(and a little bit more!)

LOCATION: Fantastic location with quick access to all points of interest

DINE + DRINK: One of the best bars in the city (The balcony Bar) is part of the hotel and a lovely. 24 hour coffee shop (for late night dining options) and a Breakfast restaurant that serves an excellent choice of devilishly delicous local , regional and international cuisines!

ROOM: We stayed in 7108 so this review is based on that; VIEW: Sweet view of the city and Race Course!; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: One of the lowlights – Very poor Air conditioning system, that barely kept the room cool. BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower with an excellent Rainshower and great water pressure for a divine shower; TOILETRIES: OK cosmetics, but recommend you bring your own if you like high quality toiletries during Travels

FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. Decent Swimming pool that is quite small for an Aqua workout, but ok enough for an evening chill and lounge

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to VASU(front office manager), SANJAY(Restaurant manager) and Deenadayalan – the Chef at the Breakfast place. However, they do have some ways to go and get over the teething problems as their local staff are still getting trained on high end hospitality. But looks like they would get there sooner than later.

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in...

Very glad to have made an excellent decision booking and staying here.

Rooms are clean with wooden flooring. We requested for extra blankets and they were very clean and nicely folded. Beds were soft and although it's a personal preference but we loved it more. All the amenities were there that should have mattered. Fast Internet. Big corridors, great clean property.

Fitness is on the 3rd floor with enough space to practice yoga, thoughtful. There is no steam or sauna, neither did we miss it.

People are so very humble and their management is outstanding. The hotel is flooded with people yet everything was quick. There are so many names but only remember a few of them.

We can't thank you enough for taking care of everything while we were in the hotel. We later came to know that it was managed in such a way that we did not have to put any effort. They were ready with the car. They had suggestions for shopping and places. Those fresh fruits in our room which we thoroughly enjoyed watching movies at night.

Words are not enough to describe how you made us feel. We pray that you stay in Good Healthy & Happiness follows wherever you go 🙏
