This was our first time exploring Raaha Restaurant & Grill, and we had a fantastic experience. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The service was impeccable, and special thanks to Shubham from Darjeeling, West Bengal, who guided us through the menu with great recommendations.

We started with the Hawaii Salad, which was an absolute delight! A unique mix of fruits, cucumber, and chicken, it was refreshing and flavorful—definitely a must-try. The chicken tikka was simply outstanding, bursting with smoky flavors. We also tried the fish tikka, which were amazing, and the egg biryani, which was well-seasoned and satisfying.

The only disappointment was that I was looking forward to trying the pistachio kunafa, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available at the time. Since the restaurant is newly opened, I understand that they are still refining their menu.

One area that could be improved is the payment options. While cash and local card payments are accepted, it would be beneficial for international customers if they could also process international card payments. This small addition could help attract a wider range of customers and enhance the restaurant’s reputation.

I tried their Mutton Biryani, Chicken Barbeque, Fish BBQ, and Chilly Pepper Prawns – and each dish delivered on flavor and freshness. The Mutton Biryani was aromatic with perfectly cooked meat, while the Chicken Barbeque was juicy with just the right smoky touch. The Fish BBQ stood out with its tenderness and spice balance, and the Chilly Pepper Prawns were a fiery, flavorful treat for spice lovers.

One of the highlights at Raaha is their live seafood counter, where diners can pick fresh seafood and have it cooked in their preferred style – a unique and interactive experience that enhances the meal. The ambience is calm and tastefully done, making it ideal for both family dinners and casual outings. While Sundays can get quite crowded, weekdays offer ample seating and a relaxed environment.
