Today, i have gone to k.k.nagar branch. At the billing counter,both ladies are not properly handling the crowd,indeed there is no crowd,but only 4 customers. They are doing all messy. I ordered for combo biriyani and saucy chicken lolly pop reminding that last time they provided plain lolly pop instead of saucy one and was wasted.. Today my order number was 169. After ordering, i was waiting for 15 minutes,and then asked that main person,(who was short and fatty), about the status of my order. He didn't even turn to my side.But,he was very much concerned with the swiggy people but not attending the common customers. Then I observed that common customers were not attended but waiting for long time. Then I asked him why he didn't attend me and respond to me? He behaved and talked very rudely like a rowdy with very low standard words. Even after repeatedly i warned him that i will complain about him, no other worker came for help. He told me that if I will complain it will be wasteful,and the administrator will not take any action. I felt ashamed of facing such a situation and left the place with the parcel. After i came to my house and opened the parcel,again this time also they have given plain lolly pop chicken rather than saucy one even after i reminded repeatedly.And my kids wasted that again. 1.Please treat the customers decently,but not like beggers. 2.Please treat all equally. 3.Please don't put this type of employee for dealing with customers,as the customers are executives of various levels of community. Read moreWorst service in this kk nagar branch madurai. Today I was there ordering a mutton biriyani parcel( as it is lock down). There is two billing staff one girl and a boy. I ordered a biriyani paid the bill and asked the staff about how to get the parcel, Am i want to give the bill inside to get the parcel. The boy replied me, no need we will give u the parcel here. The main thing is I am the only customer in that whole shop. After 10 to 15 minutes of waiting I got frustrated and asked the staff about the parcel. The girl in the billing suddenly show me face telling10 to 15 minutes is not a big time go and wait. I replied I am the only customer here if there is more number of customers then waiting is ok and asked them why am I waiting there.Then only I came to understand they not all informed about my order to delivering team. After this huge discussion the boy went inside and the food came. After getting my order they both not inform about my order.The boy is busy with phone call and girl does not care about me. My order had been took by the boy but when I asked about the order to the boy the girl shows face and talk to me like I was begging to her not like buying biriyani. Not much crowded but parcel section was very busy. Got seats for 2 persons, ordered mutton biryani, chicken 65, mutton sukka, mutton balls everything was good except the mutton balls. The one which is served at Dindugal venu biryani is my all time favourite and this Thalapakatti mutton balls didn't even reached that taste.. Mutton sukka was top-notch 👍🏻 Mutton biriyani got many pieces and was soft and tender👍🏻 Chicken 65 was too good 👍🏻
Thalcha served along with biriyani didn't go well and it's better to be had only with the empty gravy.
Other than that everything was good. Service guys should take extra care on the table and washing area as there no tissues available. Only after informing 2-3 times they kept it on the table.
One more thing to be mentioned, the loyalty points. Don't forget to share your mobile number whenever you visit Thalapakatti and get your loyalty points. I previously had around 900 points and I got 500 points redeemed with this bill and got ₹250 discount on the total amount. That's a good way to make customers visit again and again..
