My recent stay at Hotel Saratha Rajans provided a truly luxurious and rejuvenating experience, especially highlighted by the exceptional quality of the rooms and the newly revamped ambiance. The hotel, renowned for its commitment to excellence, lives up to its reputation and the rooms are a testament to this.
Room Quality and Comfort I had the pleasure of staying in a Deluxe Room which was both spacious and elegantly appointed. The decor is a perfect blend of modern chic and classic elegance, creating a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. Each piece of furniture from the plush king-sized bed to the comfortable seating area is carefully chosen not only for aesthetic appeal but also for comfort.
The attention to detail is remarkable, with every convenience thoughtfully placed. The room features state-of-the-art amenities including a high-definition television, a well-stocked minibar, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. What's particularly impressive is the integration of technology; lighting, curtains, and even room temperature can be controlled via an in-room tablet, offering utmost convenience to the modern traveler.
Cleanliness and Maintenance Cleanliness is paramount at Hotel Saratha Rajans, and it shows. The room and its surroundings were immaculate, with daily housekeeping maintaining a pristine environment. The bathroom deserves a special mention for its luxurious fittings and spotless condition, equipped with high-end toiletries and fluffy towels that were replaced daily.
Ambiance and Aesthetic Following the recent refurbishment, the ambiance in the rooms is nothing short of enchanting. The use of soft, neutral colors along with occasional bold accents provides a feeling of calm and elegance. The lighting is expertly designed to enhance the soothing atmosphere, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of activities.
Noise Level and Privacy Despite the hotel’s central location, the rooms offer a sanctuary of peace and quiet. Soundproofing is excellent, ensuring that external noises are kept to a minimum. The serene environment is ideal for those who need a restful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Overall Experience The room experience at Hotel Saratha Rajans stands out as a highlight of my stay. It is clear that the hotel values the comfort and satisfaction of their guests, with every aspect of the room designed to provide luxury and relaxation. Whether it's the plush bedding, the chic decor, or the ambient lighting, every element works together to create an exceptional guest experience.
I would unreservedly recommend Hotel Saratha Rajans to anyone seeking a 5-star accommodation experience. The rooms provide not just a place to stay, but a haven of comfort and luxury, ensuring an...
Read moreIf your very purpose of visiting Madurai is to pay visit to the Temple alone, for heavens sake please don't select this Hotel for your stay, as there are plenty of better & cheaper Hotels, near to the Temple, rather than this Hotel. Auto's charge around Rs. 80 to drop near the Temple from this Hotel. ||||I choose this Hotel, under the misconception that, as I read it in some website that, this Hotel has centralized A/C & this is a business Hotel, I was under the impression that this Hotel may be good. However after landing in this Hotel only, I came to know that this is a very old/aged property (please see the photos, which I have attached to this review, to you have the proper idea). You will be utterly disappointed, like me, if you stay in this Hotel, by paying Two thousand & odd Rupees, as I did.||||However the only solace thing about this Hotel was that the morning breakfast had few varieties & the taste of the food was...
Read moreWe got a room on the 2nd floor- every time you have to cross the bar on the 1st floor. the hotel has a small parking which is shared by visitors to the bar and the restaurant. We parked on the road and went down every 30 minutes to check for a vacant spot before we got one - the staff never bothered to inform. 10 years back, this was my favorite place to stay, but now sad to say that the hotel is in desperate need for renovation. the rooms and bed linen had a stench that most old properties have. the toilet flush is modeled on the railways and requires considerable force which most elderly, women and children would be incapable of. having said that the stars are only for the location. If you book directly with them- YOU GET A 24 HOURS CHECKOUT, which is not possible if you book via online agents. The restaurant is good and the staff are a...
