Sri Annapoorna Towers — Hotel in Madurai

It's ok for a just a small stay with good rest.. . restrooms available can be used for middle ages persons. old aged persons will face many difficulties. even room service is not available for cleaning and changing the bedspreads. no hot water available. no driver refreshment available. you need to take care of your driver.morning breakfast charges was mentioned and included in the billing.but they will it intimate it on time to have it. worst coffee ever had in life almost 3 days have spent here but none days i I had a good coffees. if you want to stay means you can..but don't expect for all amminities will be available. even they will tv is available and they will give the remote with batteries also but you can't able to see the channels that you needs to subscribe for the channels in Tata sky network . without paying the rentals of set-top box just for the name sake they will provide us everything. there s the only value for paying money is the bed and ac . even water we needs to get our self from outside they will provide only one bottle for 3...

I was booked a room for 4+1 means for 4 adults one child . While confirming by online they have told everything available there. But after reaching there . No hot water available. No complimentary breakfast available. Even paid coffee not in good quality like old coffee has been heated up and provided to us with unwashed old cups...And while enquired about the Driver access is available they told it is available for a separate room and with restroom with min requirement's. But after reaching there came to know that is a workers room for their workers and almost its a small who have staying for already 7 members. After they are telling i told its available . But not separately. At the work time employees will not be in room. So Drivers can accommodate there. Where all ther workers belongings kept open theur in there room.

Only one thing is the value for money means a only thing is ac and bed accommodation for a family is it ok but without hot water and with unwashed bedspreads if you stay More than 2 or 3days they won't wash it ir clean the still we...

First I was so happy to see one lady at reception because normally always i see man . After the check in I was really disappointed this lady don’t have respect at all, no kindness politeness ,nothing after I ask some questions she was just smiling on my face (but not in the good way at all) I tell her to please stop but she keep going to smile on me with her friend ,in one point I was literally crying , I understand I’m not Indian I’m here for holiday but here is amazing and welcoming country I never felt like that . After I entered the room I can say that I can’t even call hotel is a NIGHTMARE . Smell so much pesticides and is very very dirty!!!! Cockroach everywhere but The thinks more disappointing for me really is the reception girl . I left after 10 minutes was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!
