Le Grace Mansion — Hotel in Madurai

Very very very worst!!! Rooms are not neat and in good condition not even some neat (Don't simply trust the images in websites) and especially bathrooms are very worst even worser than bus stand bathrooms and inside bathrooms inspects are there and not safe at all. Initially when we call and book the room they told to come directly and say rooms are available but after you come directly they simply say rooms are not available (I have reached early morning around 4:30 am and confirmed booking earlier but when I reached there they simply say like rooms are not avaible search for other hotels and not even informed me one day before) such a irresponsible, worst behavior and service I have ever seen in this hotel and manager. Usually for 24 hours only every hotel caluate the amount like per day cost but if you stay one hour extra (Couldn't avoid based on the timing and situation) even if we request also they force you to pay one day rent. There are some good hotels in madurai and they will constraint for one hour extra if we request. Only food is good and tasty but other than that overall rooms, bathrooms, service, guidance...

Don't book rooms in this hotel. Very bad experience. I have booked accommodation for 27th September, 2023. They have insisted to pay advance. I have paid Rs.500. In view of Bangalore bandh on 26th September, 2023, I couldn't catch my train to Madurai due to non availability of Auto or Cab. Immediately I have cancelled the accommodation and requested them for the refund of advance amount. They said you have to inform 24 hours in advance and not refunded the amount. Moreover, in the website of booking,com, they have made a wrong entry, as if i have adjusted the amount. It is totally...

Very worst behaviour of lodge management, neither they have discipline nor they have knowledge. Sorry for the comment like this , by seeing this they can feel their guiltiness through on it . 11am and 11am is abnormal where at all places are check in and chock out are 12am to 12am per a day . If check out time is lapsed they opened the door of lodger's room by alternate key and kept beside the luggages . How dare to do they are not having this rights to take third person luggages. All management should give all alternate key in bunch to lodger holder...
