Cafe TN59 — Restaurant in Madurai

The quality of the food served was extremely poor, and it appeared that pre-packaged meals were being served. The service was also very poor, and the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The prices charged were not justified by the quality or quantity of the food provided. There are certainly better options available than this establishment.The food was awful, and it looked like they were just heating up frozen dinners. The service was terrible too. The staff was rude and didn't seem to care about us at all. And the prices were way too high for what we got. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh, and the worst part is they charged me half the price of my bill for two tiny cups of mayonnaise! They didn't even tell me the sauces were extra. And they didn't give me any sides...

I went around 2.00 pm on a Sunday , the restaurant was empty. There weren't any other customers. I was wondering why such a nice hotel with good ambience is empty It was alarming but we ignored it and went ahead and ordered chicken lasanga and few other dishes like sandwich, chicken lollypop,etc. Forget mentioned that ,two servers were shouting at each other before taking the order. I waited for nearly 1 hour to get my lasanga and it's of small quantity and not very authentic. Foods are pricey also of small quantity. Ill never visit here and I don't recommend to...

I had a really unpleasant experience here. When I placed my order, I was told it would take around 30 minutes, so I said I’d wait outside and requested that they wave at me once the food was ready. Instead of a simple “okay,” the staff responded as if I might run away without paying. This kind of assumption is insulting and completely unacceptable in customer service.
