Usually I book my hotels using cleartrip and goibibo . This was my first hotel booking with yatra and I am very much disappointed with the hotel service and charges. There was no shop provided by the hotels, rooms was not clean. We got a room which was very small in size. Though I mention I have a kid with me, bed was small in size. Didn’t find drinking water in the room. There was a water jug, but water in the jug was old. Bathroom was so small that you can’t turn inside.||Front desk was not helpful, before booking I called in the hotel and ask them, “we will arrive Shirdi @7am 23rd dec 2017 and our departure will be 4pm 24th dec 2017. They ask me to book the room for 2 days 22nd and 23rd, they will accommodate us according to my need (I asked them for a mail confirmation, they told not required). But they ask us to check out the room by 12 o’clock on 23rd (as they have all room booked) and ask me to wait in the lobby with my wife and Kid. Even I was ready to pay extra half a day. At the end I found they was still having some room, which they could have given us for stay.||Even while booking the room I had mentioned the same in my booking note. My 70+ yearold parents just returned after 2 night stay (29th and 30th Oct 2017) from this trash Hotel and narrated the horrific stay. The issues started right from check-in & here's the chain of events:||1. Check-in delayed and they were kept on wait till 1 PM||2. While waiting the staff was not curteous even to offer a glass of water to Senior citizens||3. Room- The quilts were torn with no cover onthem. Had to request thehotel multiple times to replaceonly to get worst quilts as replacement||4. No sheets or cover offered for quilts and again they had to plead||5. No drinking water in the room, you have to beg forit||6. AC not working, despite of repeated complaints did not function till late evening on both the days. Insider told that this is done purposely to avoid usage of electricity and cheat customers||7. Breakfast : Till 8:30 am no breakfast, again on purpose so that people move out without having breakfast||8. Wall banging till 3 PM for God knows why despite of special request for a calm room for my old folks ||||I fail to understand what kind of due deligence is being done by Cleartrip on these hotels while rating them.This is the worst experience I ever heard of.||||Overall, I advise you to not to book this hotel and also be cautious of Cleartrip too. It needs to be serviced as it had to be restarted multiple times. || Not good for customers (especially Senior Citizens) if they are trapped in it.|| ||4) Room maintenance not good at all.
