Dwaravati bhakt nivas is very best place to live when you visit Shirdi. People at reception are very helpful. Thry speak Marathi and Hindi. There is security door placed at entrance. All area have secured with cctv camera except lift and rooms. At ground floor you can get tea for 2rs and coffee for 3rs. Laddo prasad also get distributed here from 10am to 6pm. Free darshan coupon are also available here. Washroom are available for men's and women's on ground floor. They are open to all, irrespective of you have booking there or anywhere else.

There are two types of rooms provide for public. AC and Non Ac. Ac rooms are of 900rs and non ac are for 600. Check in 11am and check out 11am next day. If you like to book it for short time you have to pay full amo6and leave the room before 11am. Early-check in is available only if you have booked it for full day. All rooms accomodate 3 people. AC rooms have tv and Western bathroom, they also provide nice quality of towels. Non AC room don't have those facilities. Rooms are very spacious and clean when we visited. Cleanliness is the most commendable thing you will find here at any place you visit. Dish tv recharge also available if you find it over. There are two lift open for public use. AC rooms are placed on 4th floor. Each flood have around 70-80rooms. Front side rooms open to huge ground placed in front of building. Room consist of one double bed and one single bed. Three mattress are provided. Washroom are also huge as compared to any other washroom available in hotels in nearby area. Washroom are well equipped with basic amenities. Hot water availabile 24x7. First and Most the reviews given by some people here are wrong maybe you can consider mine too. It was genuine review writing after staying in Room No-110 and 101 there for three days.They are cheaters charged Rs.2000 for one day for one room as we took two Rs.6000 they charged from us even in all apps it was showing Rs.890/- to Rs.1500/- max. And even though they charged a-lot the rooms are not clean looks like old hotel old beds and bedsheets pillows were torn and unhygienic.If we can compromise on bed as we don’t stay in rooms as we came for Darshan. The main thing is washrooms which were very very worst all tiles were removed and reinstalled like hell and slippery tiles in bathroom. For bathing they say hot water will be available for only morning 5 am to 11 am but even during those times also hot water not available if we ask they say wait for 5,6 buckets throw and you will get hot water we even tried that too but didn’t get any hot water. and about toilet flush it was in repair not working continuously water flowing as flush button stuck in a room and they allotted another room after our request for that they charged extra Rs.1000/- in that room also toilet hand problem and no hot water and very unclean bed pillows and bedsheets.They are cheating all of us tourists like this as the language problem and locality issues.
