Hotel Sai Vishwa — Hotel in Maharashtra

We booked a stay on Saturday last week. The hotel is nice and just 15 to 20 mins away from Gate 1. The hospitality is excellent. I have a few suggestions I noticed during our stay: There was no tissue roll inside the toilet and we reached late so it was not available but I loved that they kept it in mind and gave it to us in the morning itself. It should have been kept in the room before the check-in, there was no handwash as well. Small soaps and towels were provided by the hotel staff. One small thing regarding the room, someone who checked in before us had smoked in the room and we could sense that inside, at least before the next guest check-in there should be a good spray inside or provided for the guest to use to avoid the odd smell. The blankets provided were a little itchy for someone who has OCD will have an issue for sure. Overall, a good hotel within the affordable range. Don't go with the reviews, one of the pathetic hotel i have ever seen, staff were so ill mannered and unprofessional, he doesn't even had a sense to talk with customers, we have booked the room for 2 days, when we have check in the room they wrote the amount of with pencil on register and not even mentioned the check out date, then in next morning they call us to vacant the room and staff himself agree to allot the room to anyone else because they received a new booking with an increased amount.. they cheated with us, we were five members with two senior citizens, then we anyhow managed our stay. It was our luck we found an another hotel, suppose if we would have left our place and visit for a long trip like bhimashankar or other, then they would have dumped our luggage outside or they would have bothered us by making several call, ultimately will spoil our journey, i am sparing my time to write this so that no one else can face this...

We stayed there for 2 nights. Washroom was not good at all and it was not clean. Even the blankets provided were not clean . It was dusty and so we got cold. There is no hot water. It was warm. They have solar heaters but the water is not hot it is warm. They have got hot water timing from 4 to 10am which is wiered. But no hot water is provided in that time.they have no geyser . On second day when we asked to change towel there were no towels in laundry and we had no idea about it. We had given used towels to the housekeeping lady and then they replied no new towels. Housekeeping is done between 9.30 am.to 5.00.pm after that nobody is there to clean rooms. Tv was not working.This service is not 24 hrs.Please don't opt for this hotel otherwise you will feel sorry on your choice. You will only regret for choosing it as we did. Not...
