Charcoal Eats, Hinjewadi — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Hey bro, just got my order from Charcoal Eats via Zomato — I tried their Dum Kathal Biryani and their Charcoal-smoked Kathal Biryani (jackfruit) and man, I was impressed. The dum version is layered, fragrant, with tender jackfruit that holds shape, mild spices, very comforting. The charcoal version though — that little smoky hint is something else — not overpowering, just enough to give it depth while letting the jackfruit and rice shine. It’s lighter on spices, which I liked, because you actually taste the components instead of being overwhelmed. Now, I’ve ordered from Biryani By Kilo before and their Kathal Biryani is good — strong, spicy, rich masala — but often too heavy, too oily, and the jackfruit sometimes gets drowned in flavor. Charcoal Eats gives a more balanced experience. One thing though: for a “Kathal Biryani,” I expected more jackfruit pieces — they only gave one or two, but honestly they should include at least four good chunks so each bite feels complete. 1. as usual chicken biryani delivered when ordered a paneer dum biryani
2. was asked to throw and new order will be delivered when raised complaint due to which my dinner was pushed to 10:40
3. Now comes the paneer biryani, oh i can't put it in words how bad it was... My dinner time and dinner both were ruined the paneer was raw, dum cooking hoti hai kya do you even know if not please go and watch some youtube channel they will teach you
4. Absolute waste of food for no good use...

I have ordered Chicken Tikka from Zomato. This was an absolutely terrible experience. The preparation, taste, quantity, and overall quality were shockingly bad. I ordered Chicken Tikka, not Chicken Tikka Masala—do you even know the difference? What I received was a complete mess and nowhere close to what was promised. It's a total waste of money.
