We arrived around 3 pm, check in was smooth. The property was easy to locate with good signage. The watchmen day as well as night were watchful and let us know when we by mistake left the headlights on at night.
Pls do not go by the pictures. The property is over priced for the way it is maintained. Limited parking space, just two people can fit in the lift without baggage, the staff at reception were young and seemed freshers.
I'm in my 8th month of pregnancy and we traveled for our first wedding anniversary no freebies or wishes even when decoration was requested the dame was denied to my husband mentioning they need to be intimated 48 hours prior.
As we checked in on a weekday that's Monday there was just another couple with their kid and another young couple. The property is secluded and quiet. The pool is small.
When we asked for room temperature bottles to be replaced with chilled water bottles they didn't have it. They had accepted our request but didn't get back to us saying it is unavailable. We checked ourselves after 40mins and that's when we got to know. This was around 4 to 5 pm.
We went to play carrot the board was not maintained and damaged ..no coins no powder either. So there was nothing else to do in the property.
The headboard of the bed was damaged. The bathroom fittings are great but the bath tub is small. The switch to switch from shower to tap wouldn't work fine. The toiletries are of good quality and a good choice of vendor made by the hotel. It makes u feel refreshed.
Breakfast we were provided with Aloo Parathas, paneer Parathas, Upma poha strawberry milkshake watermelon juice and choice of coffee or tea. Everything was tasty and the morning staff was attentive.
The check in time was 11 am but we had requested for 30 to 45 mins extra as we noticed the property was having hardly any occupancy but the girl from the reception kept calling us desperately to vacate the room as they needed to clean. Being pregnant in my 8th month and feeling sick and moving at snail speed we were being bothered. Our trip was not good and with low occupancy yet they couldn't do a great job with the guests.
Service levels need to be worked on and property is in need of maintenance.
We had booked premium room with...
Read moreIt's Not Le Papillon, it should be called Le Torturion (torture)
Pros: Close to market area. Parking space
Cons: Deluxe rooms are pretty small in size so don't be fooled by the pictures of gallery.
Outside food is not allowed even if you bring it with you
Bed is very narrow in deluxe room. If you're little bit plus size, 2 people cannot share a single bed of the deluxe room
The washroom is narrow and the tiles are leaking fungus.
Warm/hot water is NOT always available
The Restaurant timings are big turn off, they DONT HAVE PROPER TIMINGS OF RESTAURANT. If you're late by 2 minutes to order they DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER , NO MATTER IF YOU DIE OUT OF HUNGER
The swimming pool should be called water tank, it's very small and be cautious while entering because sometimes they simply add chemical and don't even inform
Food is overpriced, and I mean it. They will charge you whopping 500 INR, for 2 tea, 1 thin Paratha and poha. ( Any big restaurant will charge you 300 for such items but not These scamsters)
Staff is not polite and they behave rude.
Check-in time is 2 PM. And check-out time is 11 AM. But be prepared for constant check-out reminder on every 15 minutes from early morning. You'll lose your sleep
They are fake scamsters and white liers, they will charge huge amount by saying they're sold-out, but MAGIC! you'll see rooms available on booking websites. And after knowing this they have idiot like audacity to say that they WILL NOT ACCEPT BOOKING FROM TRAVEL WEBSITES BECAUSE THEIR SALES OFFICE IS NOT OPEN.
They are such a Fraud, they asked me to give positive review even after sharing my experiences with them on their reception. They DO NOT HAVE feedback form. It's not a place to stay but a place to make you feel their slave.
Above all mentioned pointers are real-time experience at...
