A home away from home... What does one need when they go out... Awesome place...home like stay..with good service and Home like food... This trip and this place gave it all. With Jimmy welcoming you with his woofs...he was sooo Cuteeee.. Missing you Jimmy.. Visited this place on 20th April and stayed for a night. Location- quiet and serene with greenery around. And if you are around weekend then don't miss the Sunday market...from the farm to the customers...a nice experience. Rooms- Clean rooms...has a balcony where you get to see colourful muniyas and different types of birds.. Food- Home cooked food is provided as per request and the taste was too good. Service- The owner Nikhil was so helpful and made sure that our stay was comfortable... It was our first trip to Panhala so we definitely had to know about the deep histroy it had..Nikhil also helped in arranging for a guide Mr. Kondiram...one gem of a person... This man has so much love for history and so much knowledge...all the things he told about the places....he took us to that era.. All in all a comfortable stay...awesome owners and if you ever decide to visit Panhala then Maharaja Home Stay is absolutely recommended to...

Hello,||||I stayed at this property during 23rd Oct to 25th Oct 2021. We were two families with all together 8 people (4 Aduts, 4 Kids). All my family members enjoyed stay there. It is decent property maintained by owner named Nipun. Property fall in Home Stay category. One could expect service of that level ONLY. Owner was really helpful during our stay. We asked Nipun to arrange breakfast and dinner for us during our stay. Quality and quantity of food served was good and is of homemade test. One who prefers to have homely food should go for this option. ||Property is well maintained and house cleaning was good. We were having 2 large rooms along with attached toilets (wester style) and one common room connecting these 2 rooms. Rooms were of good in size. We did not find any challenge there. As property is using solar hot water, it becomes sometime difficult to serve hot water for larger group of people. Ample of car parking space is there next to property. This property is hardly 5 min walk away from Bajiprabhu's statue. Main market is at 2 min walkable distance. ||We enjoyed our stay there and I recommend this property as best option for...

We had booked a room in Maharaja for the 21st of September. In the evening of the 20th, we received a terse message saying ||||"We regret to let you know that you need to cancel your reservation at Maharaja Home stay Panhala. We are not home tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience." ||||That's it. No explanation. No offer to provide us alternative accommodation. Just asking us to 'cancel'. Calls to their registered number or the number from which this text had come went unanswered. ||||We were in Gokarna, with spotty internet and faced with the prospect of finding another location in Panhala. We decided to just drive back home. Then on the 23rd we get a message from Booking.com saying "Maharaja Home Stay Panhala (booking number xxxxx) notified us that you didn’t check-in on 2018-09-21." ||||Very unprofessional.
