OYO Shahani Wellness Retreat — Hotel in Maharashtra

Even this hotel not capable of one star..if there any option of 0star i prefer that one.Even after confirmed of booking,Yr booking not sured when you reach hotel.And that bloody fellow receptionist don't know how to talk with guest.I don't think so they hire professional staff bcz they behave like they were direct from street.And don't worry there were so many low budget hotels near by Sahahani like Janata or so many more under 1200.also don't do booking from booking.com because when we reach Lonavala and i tried to call them for help but the number is wrong it's ended like this so please don't support this kind...

The rooms were good and clean. The location is walkable from bus port. The staff however was not so cooperative. We were there for trekking and were to return the same day. The receptionist did not allow us to keep our bags there just for the while we went for trekking saying they didn't have such a policy. Though we had checked out and requested to keep the bags, he just did not listen. We were even ready to pay for the cloakroom charges but we're completely let down but receptionist...

I spent 4 nights at this place and I cannot believe what I have experienced here. The staff was really unfriendly and not helpful at all when I had a problem or question. Moreover, it was really really dirty especially in comparison to other places in India where I stayed and spent the same amount of money.. I hope for the sake of the hotel that this was only an exception when I stayed here.. But because I had this bad experience I sadly cannot recommend to stay at this...
