I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. One of the major advantages of this property is its excellent location. It is very close to the railway station, bus stand, and the main road, which makes commuting and exploring the city extremely convenient. If you are someone who likes to move around and visit different places, this location is a big plus.
The rooms are quite comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, and the bedding, including the mattress and pillows, was clean and fresh. Another thoughtful aspect is the television setup; the hotel has subscribed to a good number of channels, which is great for relaxing in the room after a long day. The surroundings outside the rooms are equally pleasant. There is a small backyard area with tall trees that creates a calm and refreshing environment. The swimming pool is another highlight—it was well-maintained and clean during my stay.
That said, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve. The toilets require better upkeep to maintain hygiene standards. Read moreI have been visiting this hotel frequently since last 6 years but have only seen its quality go down day by day. Today is hopefully my last stay at this resort.
I would have rated it 5 stars back then but giving it the poorest rating today for the following reasons
No housekeeping done before our check in. No sanitisation was done to ensure our well being while taking risk staying at this property.
Bedsheets were dirty. No soap provided until requested multiple times.
There were used condoms thrown in washroom since it was not cleaned before our check in.
Wifi not working.
Morning tea delivered after 5 phone class and 1 hour 10 minutes wait.
Managers not ready to accept any feedback.
Not accepting UPI payments.
All lights not working properly.
There was no thermal screening at the check in to restrict entry of infected people.
And I am tired to write more. I have no guts to use their pool as I can see they are not taking any measures of covid safety precautions.
Only thing they are prompt at is to call you to check out from the hotel on time.
Bye bye purohit, it was great knowing you and you have lost one old customer. I hope you will take this feedback positively and improve. I am also form hospitality industry and I wish to...

It is one of the most visited forts in Maharashtra as part of Lonavala tour packages. The fort was built by Guru Govind Singh in 1564 CE to serve as a prison. Shivaji Maharaj captured it in 1648 CE, but he was forced to surrender it to the Mughals in 1665 CE by the Treaty of Purandar. Shivaji Maharaj recaptured the fort in 1670 CE and used it for keeping his treasury. Later in Peshwa's time, Nana Phadnavis used this fort for living and built several structures in the fort such as a big tank and a step-well. Recently the fort has been declared as a protected monument by...
