Diamond Resto & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Pathetic customer service along with very bad food. We ordered Manchurian and they came with it after 50 mins and that too not cooked properly. When showed it to them they took it back to replace it. We waited for another 20 to.30 mins and then as I was hungry and they were not serving me food, I stood up to leave but at the same time the waiter went I and brought the maincourse. Still the Manchurian is not ready. Now as we we're hungry we started eating the food and guess what we are about to.compelte the main course and he brings Manchurian. This is the same which is not over cooked. When I asked for the manager they started requesting me not to give a bad review and what not. There was a group of 10 people who came to the restaurant like after we have the order for food. They 1st ordered alcohol and they got it then they ordered for food and they got that too and finally they finish and leave but my started have not yet come. I went there with my family. This is how poor their service is.

The entire staff here have horrible attitudes, they made my driver sit outside when they specifically asked how many people were to sit with me at my table they then asked me what i wanted to send him to eat like he was some kind of a low class character. They later on ganged up on me with a group of 4-5 waiters n managers and argued stating that i did not give them instructions as to where to seat him..i think this is saddening, primitive and the old ways of thinking should be stopped, everyone should be treated equally. Unfortunately I had already placed my order and had to eat there otherwise I would have walked out straight. Rude and horrible experience me and my brother received today in the hotel.

We were denied access to the top floor of the hotel, saying that since we do not have any women with us, we do not qualify as a family !

As per management, if I walk with my father, even then I cannot sit on their top floor and have my meal.

But if I get my girlfriend with me, apparently they do not have any trouble with that ( Why is that then considered as family)?

We feel we were discriminated in the restaurant. This can’t be happening in the progressive India.

I have decided to myself, I will never walk in this hotel again, till the time they do not accept their wrongdoing and apologies for the same.
