Krushnai Resort — Hotel in Maharashtra

They treat like nonsense to Customer. Pathetic hotel seen in my life. Hotel Manger and Supervisor Vikas and Manoj.. they even dont know how to treat Customer.. Me and my wife felt very bad and disgusting that we have choosen this hotel for Stay. Such hotels and hotel policy shouldnt allow couple if they have egos and trying to pull money out of this hotel business.. they dont have family or what??? Just small Blood splotch on bedsheet they created huge clamer donwstairs with me and my wife. For this they told us to charge 1000 Rs.. when we told why white bedsheet is used in hotels Do they know???..its simply beacuse you can simply bleach the stain or any hell out of it and the color dont fade.. not like this nonsense hotel who wants to earn money out of it. They told us to clean the sheet which was very shameful for me or any Customer..which is more than a insult we felt on that time.. We did it beacuse we dont want to argue more. But this is rediculous behaviour for earning money. Above all Vikas the Manager was saying bad words nonsense guy. Shamful hotel .. I request pls comunicate or take appropiate...

With reference to the above subject, we have already raised an online formal complaint with reference number #86453001 against Ms/. Ras Hospitalities.Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Opp Kumar Water Park, Lonavla, Maharashtra 410401 As per the communication exchange we have been assured of our refund of hotel booking done last month 28th March.

Due to statewide lockdown & guidelines to stay at home, we had a request for the cancellation of our rooms & initiate a refund. There was no communication about non-refundable payment towards room booking, we have been assured time & again the refund will be processed,however the same has not been honored.

I booked the entire Villa for a group of 16 people on 9th June - 10 June check out, it was an overnight picnic (24hours) we got a package deal with food, stay & the swimming poo...|It is a beautiful property well maintained 4 Ac Rooms with Geyser fitted bathrooms, towels & Toiletries provided.., We as a family enjoyed the pool which was big and clean... |Barbecue in the evening... beautiful Rains with foggy hills around, it was perfect... the property location is awesome, far from the market... with all the fun... the best part was the food, Thank you so much Mukut and Praveen for the Variety of food prepared simple but very tasty... lunch, tea with snacks, Dinner, Service provided till late night, Amazing breakfast... |It was a memorable trip for our family...
