The Carnival Villas — Hotel in Maharashtra

I am not sure if this review will be kept or not, but have to share this. It was absolutely PATHETIC experience. I ordered one of my favorite sweet dish which was burnt to its core. Ordered Biryani, it was just chilli powder mixed with rice. When this was informed to the owner VIDHI she was like, ‘you guys could’ve gone with lower rate package no one forced you and for sweet dish you guys shouldn’t have ordered it at the first place if your expectations were so high.’ On top of this she didn’t even apologize nor deducted the amount from our bill for cooks mistake.

When we informed that the AC in one of the room wasn’t working, on that she said - it’s just heat wave I was like, what even! 😂 the AC in my room was at 16 since 4pm and till 11pm the room wasn’t even slightly cold.

Our stay at Carnival Villa by Pawna Lake was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, everything was beautifully organized and well thought out, making it a perfect weekend escape. The villa itself is spacious, with a stunning view of the mountains and a cool, refreshing pool where we spent much of our time soaking up the scenery. The food was delicious and menu was good with lovely options in them . We especially enjoyed the unique setup of having a Machan area to relax, as well as poolside dinner seating that added an extra touch of charm . Having dinner by the pool under the stars was an experience we'll remember for a long time. To top it all off, we had an area set up for card games and other family activities, which gave everyone a chance to unwind and connect. Carnival Villa is truly an ideal place for families looking to enjoy quality time together. Highly recommend it to anyone in search of a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. Can’t wait to...

I quite didn’t like the services and facilities. Space is good but not well maintained. It is dangerous that u trust the space n end up getting hurt so bad that my brother got stitches as soon as he jumped into that pool. We were 8 ppl n we were given only 3 towels Jacuzzi temp doesn’t work Geyser has hot water coming only for limited time Taps are leaking No facility or cleaner around to clean the water after coming from pool side. More over the owner said I was ready to take u to the hospital? Really? Who is responsible for all this ? We had 2 doctors on the trip with us. One being me and the other one my cousin. Hygiene and food was compromised. The care taker never answers call on time. We weren’t provided with emergency kit in time. He came after 15 mins that too after 100 calls Food ppl don’t answer the call and operate only for limited time This wasn’t a good stay experience. Totally not worth 10K.
