Cleanliness - 0/10 (rooms, beddings, sofa, furniture full of dirt, dust and we're unhygienic). Food 5/10 Amenities 1/10 Suggest for family - 0/10 Swimming pool - 0/10 ( extremely unhygienic) Bathroom - 1/10 (too basic, no toiletaries provided by hotel) Internet - 0/10 ( no WiFi, though they claim as Free wifi) Location - 3/10 Staff - 4/10 Kids activities - 1/10 ( no garden, no activity for kids)

All rooms are very bad in facilities, cleanliness, sofa was full of dust and they didn't bother to clean even at the time of converting to bed for a kid. All. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty, unhygienic, bearing patches / marks of dust and previous use Swimming pool water is not clean at all and full of trash and not maintained at all. Still they kept it open for guest to use and invite infections and diseases in Covid times.

Room alloted to us was having window AC (in the room priced 5k per day) not having remote and unable to change temperature.. they said ac is faulty. Furniture and bathroom were too basic for a deluxe category alloted to us.. After several complaints they changed the room which was having slightly better furniture and operational ac, however it continued to be dirty, unhygienic and we're poorly maintained.

No garden area or kids play area in the hotel. Don't expect anything great at the resort. Food served in the breakfast is avg. They don't segregate veg and non veg food, no board/ sign for veg non veg food kept in buffet.. Overall truly disappointing experience and suggest big avoid for all kind...

Zero star Hotel, recommend not to go.

1.Forget about hotel ambience that one expects on entrance in hotel but have a smelly surrounding especially near lift passage and staircase. 2.For one who is hygienic and respects cleanliness, many visuals of dirtiness are easily available on your every eye blink. 3.The smelly old wooden sofas (with dried stain of spilled over food and liquids),the old,uncleaned curtains with dark stains and the fungus on walls was the attraction of our first room that they allotted us.With complaint, we got another room with same features excluding time being smell. 3.No wifi was available in room. 4.The lobby was unbearable to stand with dirty smell 5.The dining area is also smelling one with old dirty sofas. The transparent (see through) glasses are full of falling water stains over it. Very average property. I particularly found it too costly. It's an old property. There dinner was ok. Breakfast was good. However the service was so pathetic that my wife waited for almost 30 minutes to get toast. She didn't even receive one and we left. I had read a lot about hospitality. However hardly found anything impressive. In fact, didn't see hospitality anywhere. First of all, there was no one to receive in the entrance. Nobody seemed to be cared if new members drove in. No body was even there to pick up luggage or assist! Room was ok but very old window AC. Remotes of AC and TV were not working properly. Bedding was ok but could be improved. I'll not recommend it unless it's come for a lot cheaper tariffs. I paid around Rs. 6000 for a single night (included breakfast and dinner), but didn't find it worth.
